We are a California Department of Public Health Certified Lead Inspector/​Risk Assessor. We provide Lead-​Based Paint testing and Risk Assessments for residential housing. Asbestos Inspections

For our inspections, Kurtis Environmental utilizes a non-​destructive testing method, the x-​ray fluorescence analyzer (XRF) because of its high degree of accuracy in the detection of lead paint. Our staff is fully trained, licensed and experienced in testing procedures set forth by Cal-​DHS, HUD, and EPA.

Michael has been in the lead inspection business since 1994 working for the Long Beach Dept of Health Childhood lead poisoning program for 2 years. Riverside County Childhood lead poisoning 2 years

Started inspecting for lead based paint 1994. Worked for Long Beach Health Dept Child Lead Poisning HUD Grant Program then County of Riverside Hud Grant Childhood lead poisning program. Since 2004 have owned lead and asbestos inspection company Kurtis Co and now Kurtis Environmental.
