These two are nice people BEFORE they get paid, but after you pay them, beware as you may not hear back from them. Read on and see my experience as I stand behind my review 100% and have all the communications to back it up.
First, they lack the experience or infrastructure to make working with them a smooth process. It was very time consuming and difficult to get any results with them (if your time is NOT important to you, then they might be the right fit for you). The photos themselves were average in quality and creativity. I had my wedding early this spring but still have not seen the final edited photos.
They took a few weeks after the wedding to get the photos to me, from which I selected some for final edits per their instructions. However, they expect you to jump back and forth between hundreds/​thousands of photos to pick out the ones you like, while having duplicated photo numbers among the photos, which would have taken days. This was when I suggested that I drag the good photos into a separate dropbox folder for their edits. But because they didn’t read my instructions or didn’t understand the instructions, they kept going back and forth, to the point where I became so exhausted with their communication that I had to put them on the back burner for a while after I became pregnant. Meanwhile they kept bugging me for final payment, even when I did not have the final pictures and even when I did my part in clearly communicating up front that the process needed to be efficient.
Fast forward to a couple months later when I paid them an extra $ 100 (at my own good will) to get things done right, they promised they would re-​edit any photos necessary and they would deliver the final photo album thereafter. A few weeks ago, I contacted them because I had misplaced the USB they delivered of final photos and offered to pay them to drop off a new one, and I NEVER HEARD BACK. I also contacted them to get the photo album, which was part of the package I already paid for, and I NEVER HEARD BACK.
In short, they believe in service BEFORE the sale and BEFORE they get paid. But after they got paid (and were treated kindly), they disappeared.
I took off:
–one star for wasting my time with an inefficient process
–one star for taking extra money ($ 100) without delivering as promised
–one star for not delivering the final photo album as promised
–one star for taking very average photos and missing some key shots, such as any high-​res shots of us saying our vows or kissing at the alter, or dips in our first dance (common sense).
Total scammers based on my experience and again, I stand behind this review 100%.

I am a painter and recently decided to make my own website and start selling my original paintings and prints online. So I found these guys to take pictures for a website and for making pictures for future prints as well. And they did a really great job! They built the whole special little white room just for my project (as it is really hard to make perfect picture of oil, especially for prints and it requires very good knowledge and equipment). So I was really impressed by their professionalism and got really good pictures. Also they have the best customer service ever, very good prices and fast high quality service.
I am going to continue working with them for sure.

As a business owner I got referred to Kotekonrad Studios from a friend. I needed a corporate promotional video for my website & social media. Konrad & Max came to my office for a meeting as we discussed all my needs and shots I would want in my video. The next day they provided me with a story board and links to other similar videos, some unique ideas and creative frames for my choosing. On the day of making the Video, they were friendly to my staff and had professional business ethics. They presented the Video to me 4 days after the shoot. I was beyond satisfied !!! I asked them to change animation of how my Logo appears and they changed it within a day. I have no doubt that you will be satisfied with their work. I know I’ll use them again for any future work !

I needed headshots for my new model portfolio ASAP. I found Kotekonrad Studios on my instagram, then looked them up on Unilocal.After going through reviews I decided to give them a try and book for my shoot. Konrad answered my call and helped me to schedule a day. Nice and easy!
After the shoot they sent me all the material and they did a fantastic job taking high quality photos and they gave me more than enough pictures to choose my favorite ones. Fast and professional!

I got referred to Kotekonrad studios by a friend, I used them shoot a short promotional video for my company. Before the shoot we went through all the details, they recommended some helpful ideas to make some shots stand out opposed to the original idea’s I had. On the day of shoot, they arrived early with lots of equipment. I took them through my company and introduced them to my team. They were friendly during the shoot, kindly asked my employees to stand a bit back or to be more natural in front of the camera. I really enjoyed the fact that they took care of all the small things that I didn’t even notice like moving a trash bin behind a desk before shooting etc. I have to give them 10 out of 10 for being professional and was stunned when they presented the final Video!

I love these guys, they are fun, friendly, approachable, and super professional. They know what they do, have a very creative vision and give you what you want and even more. They provided me with a fantastic footage and were really pleasant to work with. I definitely recommend them to anyone who needs great photos and videos.
