I was looking all over Glendale for a watch place that was opened that could re-​size my Moto360 and there this place was. Friendly and opened for business. This guy has fair prices and I will be back again for other watch related things as he did a fantastic job so far from what I have seen.

Amazing customer service. I had no change for the parking meter so he gave me a quarter. Then he replaced my watch battery quickly even though he was on the phone with another customer, and he didn’t try to sell me additional watch services I didn’t need. Then he gave me a discount because I was short on cash! And I didn’t even bat my lashes.
I found this place on Google because it was the closest place and I needed my watch fixed quickly. I had no idea it had such good reviews from other people. So my feedback is completely unbiased.

Armand took care of my favorite watch the minute I showed him the issue. He told me what might be wrong with it and told me a couple of options of what he can do with it and how much it will cost. But first! He said he wants to open it up and see if his deductions are on point. Free of charge! Like a doctor he checked out my watch thoroughly first before making a recommendation. He took it to the backroom and tinkered with it. I was ready for him to tell me that I have to leave my watch there for a couple of days because a part had to be replaced, just like what Fast Fix Al in the Galleria told me, and what they wanted to do without even checking my watch! Anywayz, Armand came out of the back after about 10 mins and told me he was able to fix it and tighten up the long hand of my watch. I asked if anything is broken or need replacing, he said no. He recommends me not banging it hard on a surface for it might loosen the hand again. But he said not to worry, he told me just bring it back and he’ll replace a part if necessary. And he’ll credit whatever I paid today towards the total of that future repair. Absolutely outstanding! Happily paid this man with very pleasant features, and with a smile on both our faces we shook hands. Ain’t something like that rare nowadays? I almost felt like I was in Main Street Disneyland (maybe even better). I called Joseph frantically on a Wednesday afternoon when I realized my watch battery had dead. I know it sounds dramatic so let me back track a bit.
My watch is an older Michael Kors piece, which others had told me was difficult to repair since the battery was larger then newer watches. I was also taking a really important test that day and was only allowed an analog watch to monitor my time. Therefore, I called Joseph like a crazy person asking if he had my special battery. He asked me if I knew what style/​size battery I needed. I told him the serial number on the watch, the sku number, and any other non-​sensical irrelevant number I could think of. I was panicking and asked him to be straight with me if he could fix my watch, since I wasn’t in the mood to play games. Worst case scenario I was going to buy a new watch and only had time for one stop before my test. Joseph was so kind and said he was 99.9% sure he could fix it. So I packed up all my crap for my test and hustled into the shop. Joseph quickly wrapped up a customer who was already there and went to work on my watch. He fixed my watch in 3 – 5 mins, handed me a one-​year warranty on the battery, gave me a $ 2 discount, and wished me luck on my test. With my watch repaired I strolled in early (like a boss) to my exam room.
Thank you Joseph for your positive energy, genuine kindness to a crazy lady, and amazing workmanship. I’ll be bringing you all my repairs in the future and I won’t wait until the last minute!

No surprise here. All of the Unilocal reviews speak very highly of Armand, his quality work, and fair prices. After a visit today, I found out they are all true. I took a watch in for a new battery, and to clean some debris from inside the watch face (we were both puzzled how anything got inside there. Probably the previous jeweler who replaced the battery). Five minutes later, my watch was all fixed up. Armand is a good guy, and I will definitely be back the next time any of my watches need service.

Mr. Joseph Is the Man!!! very cool guy & very helpful. I’ve had him do some minor work on two of my cheaper watches, Very fast and good prices. He also Authenticated Two Rolex watches that I bought, He check all the normal things, Band, Lugs, Font, Date window, things like that. He then opened the backs & checked the movements. I’m Happy to say I did not buy any Fakes. My only other option was Beverly Hill Rolex, Kind of a long pull coming from Eagle Rock.

Fantastic watch shop! Armand is both very friendly and professional.
I came here for the first time to have the bracelet adjusted on a new watch. There was one customer ahead of me, so my whole visit took maybe 5 minutes. Because of this «wait,» Armand reduced my bill from $ 15 down to $ 10 (I’d had 5 links taken out, a few from each side of the bracelet). When I tried to pay the full price, he wouldn’t hear of it. Extremely nice guy who seems to love what he does.
I’ll be back whenever I need anything watch-​related. FYI credit is accepted (both Visa and AMEX). If you have cash on you, support this small business even more by not using a credit card.
As for parking, there are a few metered spots out front on Wilson and to the west on Orange. If you strike out, I’d recommend parking and walking from the free Galleria structure at Orange & Broadway (one huge block south).

Ok so like always I Unilocaled the best reviewed for the best place to get my watch fixed. And like always it didn’t let me down. I came to Joseph’s shop and got greeted very well. I explained to Aram I think his name was that I need a battery and my watch fixed. He gave me a great price. I also had told him that my watch was too tight. He looked at his watches and had the same one in display. He told me it would be a bit more. Since I was in a big hurry I told him I would skip on that. He told me that it would be done in 20min. I came back and not only was my watch back and running and fixed but he had put the extension to my watch for no charge!!! Wow he was just the best. Very friendly and felt welcomed! I recommend 110%.

Armand came to our house to check out our outdoor clock bolted to the driveway. The house call alone was very nice of him. He was able to take the top part off and with him back to the shop, he fixed the problem within almost an hour! Armand had a very professional and kind attitude, and is our clock hero. Period. We will definitely be using them in the future. Thank you!

Decided to get my wife’s old Movado watch’s battery replaced and looked on Unilocal for some direction on where I should take it to. Decided to visit Joseph’s Watch and Clock because of the great reviews and I was definitely not disappointed. Armand was very friendly and accommodating with what I needed so I told him to do whatever he needed to do to get the watch going again. I definitely do not mind supporting this mom and pop shop and will definitely be going to him whenever I need anything for my watches.

A mom and pop shop. If you blink you miss it. Ring the doorbell to get buzzed inside. A little bell rings as you enter. Oh look at that! It’s like you walked into the shop of a magic watchmaker in Warsaw, Poland except…
wait…is that… K-​Earth 101 bumping loudly over the loudspeakers? Yup. Yup. It is. Definitely not Poland! A bald man enters from a back room and greets you with a smile. You show him three watches, all dead, in desperate need of resurrection. He has the batteries that will give them breath again and it will only take him 10 minutes to bring your watches back to life. He examines their dire lifeless state carefully and quotes you a fair price for each, then makes you a deal for resuscitating all three of them. You agree.
He takes your little ones to the back and you pace around and browse the merchandise behind the glass cases, you stare at the old wooden clocks on the walls and the watches on the vitrines. He returns and your babies are once again ticking louder than ever. He reminds you that they should be healthy for at least a year and he gives you card that he signs as a one year guarantee. You pay him and wish him a happy holiday.
He buzzes you out of the mom and pop shop and you get into your car parked right outside at a 30 minute meter you didn’t bother to put money into but you got lucky non piranhas dropped a ticket on your windshield. It’s good you could see your car through the clear glass windows inside Joseph’s Watch & Clock shop.
