I do not write reviews often, but wanted to for Intex Windows, because they deserve it. It is hard to find a company that is there when they say, and provide service that was better than my expectations. Met with Shant, he was very professional, very easy to work with and they had a great window selection. I found prices to be good, and installers were great. I will definitely use there company again when I replace remaining windows in my house. Highly recommend this company.

Shant is one of the most efficient, courteous, helpful businessman we have worked with to date. He knows his business — from city codes to installation. He was professional and gave us the best quote to replace two windows and a patio door. We are recommending him to our entire condo building. The installers were some of the best guys we have worked with. They were clean, respectful and answered all our questions. We are pleased with our decision to use Intex Windows!

I recently sold my house, and while I was still living there, waiting for my new home to be ready, the new owners had Intex install all new windows throughout. Bear in mind I was living there and working from my home at the time. I was on conference calls and taking over rooms they were working on.
Jose and Angel were the most professional, respectful, QUIET installers I’ve ever seen in years of home improvement. They also somehow managed to replace entire window frames on a 95 year old house without making any mess inside and while preserving the old façade. They were able to replace windows in the room I was working in without even disrupting my conference call.
And of course, there’s the quality of the windows. Everything is quieter now. They slide perfectly. They got the frames just right despite the «interesting» state of the existing building.
On top of all this, I’m told the price was very low.
I am incredibly impressed with them and can not recommend them highly enough. Professional crew and great quality.

Asked for a quote for two picture windows and was told they won’t take a job for one window. I wish they would say on their website before wasting people’s time.

Great selection and great prices. I came here because we are just fed up with our shower in our master bedroom. It’s time to go! Shant is extremely knowledgeable and willing to work with our situation. He made some good recommendations for us because we need something until we can do a full remodel.

We needed to replace 9 old aluminum windows in our California ranch style home in Eagle Rock. I obtained a quote from a Milgard authorized dealer through Angie’s list and another quote from a dealer I was referred to by a business associate. While I obtained a lower quote from the first dealer, the dealer was not forthcoming in answering all my questions. Then I got the idea to visit the manufacturer’s website and lookup a dealer serving my area. I was delighted I did so, as I found Intex Windows, Inc. in Glendale. I spoke to Ara (one of the two owners) and explained that I was interested in the Tuscany Series of the Milgard windows and gave him the measurements of the windows I needed. He was very pleasant and attentive and also prompt in emailing me a quote which was around 15% lower than the lower of the two quotes I had received earlier. To make sure that all my questions and concerns were answered, Ara came over the house with window samples and explained the process of installing the new windows in relation to the existing frames and the removal of the old windows. His two installers took precise measurements and were clear on discussing the horizontal/​vertical and right/​left sliding options. After I signed the contact and paid a deposit, Ara was prompt in placing the order with the manufacturer and sending me the order confirmation and number. Due to travel plans, I had the windows shipped to the Intex warehouse directly and Ara called me the same day they received the windows to schedule the installation. Three installers showed up on time as scheduled (on a Saturday at 8:45am) and set to work immediately; they were highly experienced and very professional, and finished the job by 2:30. They were protective of the surrounding furniture and they made sure the work areas were cleaned to the last piece of debris after installation. Ara stopped by during the installation to make sure everything was in order. I have high expectations when contracting for such jobs and I can be a very tough critic. I am happy to report that Intex Windows, Inc. exceeded my expectation on all fronts (expertise, skill, professionalism, and price) and, therefore, I recommend them in the strongest possible terms.

It was a pleasure doing business with Intex Windows Inc. I needed two small custom windows as soon as possible and Shant’s customer service was outstanding. He was knowledgeable, freindly and very professional. I place the the order and it was in 3 days prior to the scheduled delivery date. The windows were Milgard and they look terrific. We bought a home in January and it needs a lot of work. We remodeled the downstairs bathroom and needed a glass shower door. We called around a few places and found Intex to be the most reasonable. They gave us a quote pretty quick, had someone come out to measure the door even before the Home Depot contractor called us back. When the door came in, it didn’t quite fit but the guys took the door back with absolutely no hassle. When the right size came in, they installed quickly as well. We are happy with the quality of the door and the installation but I hesitate to give them 5 stars bc they never called before arriving to install – their guys just showed up without notice. The door would leak after installation and I had to call them a few times to get their guys back to caulk it further. Having said that, Shant was polite, friendly and very easy to work with. He was responsive every time on the phone but for whatever reason, his installation guys took longer than necessary. I would recommend them as their quality products are definitely worth it

Had to replace some sliding door screens my rambunctious Malamute body slammed.
The guys at Intex helped me decipher the most ridiculous serial number in the world to order replacements.
Good price, great delivery time and helpful service.

Intex recently installed four large Milgard windows and a sliding glass door at our house. Their work was clean, quick (1 day), and affordable. What more can you ask for?

I hired Intex Windows, Inc. to replace old windows with new Milgard windows in a duplex that i own in Atwater Village. I am extremely pleased with the new windows. Intex’s price was very reasonable, and they performed the work in an exceedingly skilled, professional & timely manner. What else could I ask for? I highly recommend that you use Intex, and know that you will be happy that you did.

We have a 1936 house in the hills with lot of character, and lot of problems. Changing the windows was necessary, making the right choice quite difficult. We did not want to alter the rustic look of the house but were looking for a practical, long-​lasting option. Shant was patient, informative, professional and helped us to decide for Milgard Woodclad. He also encouraged us to go for an unusual, bold cranberry red color for the outside fiberglass fixtures., and now that it’s done, it looks great. His installers were fast, professional and clean enough, something very seldom experienced with other contractors. We changed only half of the windows at first, since we have so many. Shant worked with us to accommodate our tight budget, dividing up the whole process in two parts. we are looking forward to complete our window replacing and happy he’s the guy in charge. We’d definitely recommend Intex to anybody in need of a good, professional and timely job.

I had a great experience with Intex. I bought a condo with single paned doors and windows on a major street. Intex’s prices on dual paned doors and windows was well below their competitors. I am very happy with the doors and windows they installed. I’d definitely recommend.

These guys are great. They are very knowledgable about windows and permits. Ara took care of things for us when other people, due to them not knowing what they were really doing, were causing delays for our project. You can trust them.
