History

Established in 2004.

Gourgen Dalir has been in the food and hospitality business for the past two decades. He grew up in the food business, specializing in chocolate and ice cream manufacturing in a small family size business in Iran. Came to America, worked in a catering company for over a decade, and was a driving force in that company’s success. Began his own catering company and in 2007, opened the store-​front on the lovely Glenoaks Blvd in Glendale, CA. Cooking is his passion and customer gratification is his reward. Specializes in Middle Eastern cuisine, but the catering company is capable of serving international gourmet meals of all kinds. Kabobs are to die for and he is well known for making authentic stews and comfort foods that many have grown up on.

Gourgen Dalir has been in the catering and hospitality business for over 4 decades! In America, he worked at a premier catering company for fourteen years, before opening up his flagship business in Glendale. For the past eight years, Gourgen’s Catering has been serving the SoCal area with its packaged gourmet cuisine and made-​to-​order kabobs.

With its authentic recipes and creative touch, Gourgen’s Catering has also catered larger events, weddings, engagements, corporate luncheons, at numerous venues in the SoCal region. No event is too large for the team and we welcome everyone to contact us for their next event!
