First of all I’d like to say the staff is extremely nice, HOWEVER it does not excuse the fact that I woke up to an infested bed with bed bugs and multiple bites on my chest, back and arm. My boyfriend and I stay together on weekends and we thought we’d give this place a shot. Never again will we be back nor do I recommend this place unless you have fully inspected the room.

PROS: –Good location, a few hundred feet to the highway and plenty of restaurants nearby. Glendale Galleria is just down the road. –The rooms are pretty big, have a mini fridge and microwave and 100+ channels on the TV. The bathroom is big. CONS: –When I checked in, the credit/debit card reader wasn’t working so I had to go over to Ralph’s to get cash. I was after a six hour drive and even though Ralph’s is close by, I was annoyed. Overall, it’s not bad. I paid $ 75 after tax, which I guess is okay for the L.A. area.

Not the best motel that’s for sure. I had to pay 5 bucks extra for a room key. That’s the most awkward crap I have ever heard of in my life. I was too dang tired to go anywhere else and just needed a few hours of sleep. The place is not kept up well at all.

We took a chance on this place because everything else was booked up in the area and we needed something cheap as quickly as possible(it was already 9pm). We paid $ 66(including tax) plus a $ 5 deposit for the key and remote control(I know it sounds weird but, get over it). The man that runs it seems a bit harsh when you first meet and yes, he’s had some experiences there that have led him to be suspicious of other people coming into your room, but all in all we stayed there for 5 days in 2 different rooms and we weren’t expecting the Hilton so it was awesome. The beds are comfortable and the pillows are surprisingly comfy too. The TV’s are large and have a good cable selection. The Wifi was awesome and worked perfectly. The owner is the sweetest man I’ve ever met and his family is beautiful. It’s very safe with lots of cameras throughout the public areas and the owner frequently walks the grounds… he even knocked on our door one time, concerned, because he hadn’t seen us leave but noticed the car was gone when my husband went to go pick up food. The only things I can say need improvement are better toilet paper and better training the maids, which one of them was really good but the older one was a bit sloppy, shall we say? Other than that, you have a quiet little hidey hole on a strip of Glendale that is filled with everything you can ask for within a short walk or 5 minute drive.(Stop by Zankou Chicken while you’re there!). We didn’t see a single bug and had no problems that some of the surrounding motels have, as we’re familiar with the area. Definitely worth checking out. I don’t know why the other reviewers were so harsh, but if the problems existed, they’ve been fixed. We will definitely go back here again if we are in the area any time soon.

BEDBUGSANDROACHESATTHE worse motel in glendale, very dirty and ridden with bed bugs and roaches. i checked in and was told to go to rm 206, walked into bathroom and a used condom was on floor. my girl went andx complained room hadnt been cleaned. they promptly gave us another room, when we came out shower and got under cover at around 1130pm, we got attacked by 1pm with several bites. i thought it was a misquito. my girl jumped up and cut on lights where we found 6 bed bugs and three roaches under and in between our sheets! uughh, gross, mood killer, night ruined! of course we got a refund and left. the guy was still tryin to give us another room…

My boyfriend lives out of town, so when he comes to visit me, he stays here. It may not be the best looking place when you see it from the street, but the rooms are not that bad. The price for the rooms are not that bad either. They offer cable tv, have a refrigerator and microwave in all rooms, and beds are pretty comfortable. For now, this place is not too bad to stay at if you are on a tight budget.
