Did not like the service at all. Bought a groupon, but did not do what was on it. Only half of the leather was treated. Vents were not cleaned. Spilled juice drops were still there. Did not clean the carpet. I know this for a fact because I had hide a coin underneath the removable rug. It was still there.
Looks like all they did was wash the car a dust the dashboard.

I hate to give these guys such a bad review because they were nice, but this was not a good experience.
I purchased a Groupon for a Super Deluxe Auto Detail. First, they didn’t tell me it was a 3-​hour service, so I was kind of stuck in the area for 3 hours. Not a big deal, I walked a mile to the mall and fiddle f***ed around until it was time to get back.
I walked all the way back to find that my car was not finished, and they don’t have any kind of waiting area, so I had to just stand in the parking lot for another hour until they actually finished. It didn’t help them that this happened to be on a freezing cold day so by now I was pretty miserable.
Thought it couldn’t get worse. I was wrong.
After driving home and parking my car for the night, I go to drive it the next day and noticed an unpleasant smell – they had left my floor mats completely wet, stacked on top of each other in the trunk. So they mildewed over night, and I can’t get rid of the disgusting smell of mold.

This place was AWESOME. First note, a little tough to find because it’s in a parking garage in 500 N Brand Blvd and you drive up to the top to get to them. Boom! I had a groupon and I had to make an appointment they were booked for a while so I thought dang they must be busy. When I got there the guys were nice and they gave me some options to upgrade, which he gave me an additional discount on. What was awesome about them was they demonstrated to me the differences instead of just trying to upsell me on something I cant see. Got the Barclay Treatment… A MUST… HUGE DIFFERENCE on how your car feels and glistens. My groupon included the front seats and front mats shampooed but I added the back ones because I had some stains. ALL STAINS GONE!!! I have aftermarket all season rubber mats. THEY LOOK BRAND SPANKING NEW!!! Not to mention my car which looks better than when I bought it. No exaggeration they really took their time with my car, didn’t half ass anything and did a real professional job which showed. Yeah it took a while about 2 to 3 hours but if I’m going to spoil my car let the car enjoy it. GREAT WORK take time and it was definitely worth the wait. I am so happy with the job done and I will be coming back. Another cool thing they have a 3 day rainy day policy, usually other places only have 24hr.

Like others here, I bought a Groupon for their window tinting services.
It took me over a month to finally get in to have my windows tinted. The owner of this place never returns voicemails and never responds to emails (I sent several). When I finally had the rare opportunity to talk to someone live, they told me they were so busy that I would have to wait another week…
Whatever. I just wanted my windows tinted.
I dropped my car off at 10am on the day of the appointment. Three hours later, I get a call saying their «window guy» wasn’t there that day. Apperently, it took them three hours to figure this out.
So my windows, that I have been trying to tint for over a month with this company were, once again, not going to get tinted. But if I came back in the next day, they «promised me» that the job would get done. They also promised a complimentary wash/​wax and mini-​detail for my inconvenience.
So much for promises.
I wait another three hours before I finally lost patience waiting for their call. I go back to this joke of a company and ask about my car. Well, the mini-​detail was never done and the wash/​wax was the worst wash Ive ever seen on a car. My windows had more spots on them than when I brought them in.
So, to recap, they had my car for SIX HOURS and nothing was done that I wanted. No tint. No detail. And a pitiful excuse for a wash/​wax.
«How can you have my car for six hours and have nothing done?» I asked.
«Yeah, I’m real sorry about that,» was the reply, followed by more empty promises of how they would get to it «tomorrow». Really?
What a giant bag of bullshit.
I called Groupon and they voided my deal and gave me full credit for the purchase.
Avoid Car Spoil Spa at all costs. The owners have no idea how to run a business and do not care at all about customer satisfaction.

The WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced from a Groupon company.
I called several times to make an appointment, but it was so difficult to get someone on the phone and their hours of operation are highly inconvenient.
When I finally got ahold of someone (one month after purchasing my Groupon deal) he told me that they were booked for the day. When I explained that I can rarely get away from work for several hours at a time to get a car detail, he assured me that they could in fact do it the same day and that I should arrive at 12 and the detail would take 3 hours. I thought it was a bit long, but I was willing to make it work since I don’t usually have an afternoon off.
Upon arrival:
1) it’s located on the bottom floor of a parking structure that charges $ 20 to park there (let’s hope they validate)
2) the signs for directions to the car wash one inside the structure are minimal at best (I had to guess)
3) it takes about 5 minutes to drive down to the pit of hell off that structure (terribly inconvenient)
All of this, I was willing to put up with to get a cheap detail. But then, the kicker… I explained to the single worker there that the guy on the phone told me to come at 12 and the worker had no idea what I was talking about. He proceeded to call the manager and put him on the phone with me. He was rude and basically told me that the person in the phone made a mistake and that I could not have my car detailed today unless I waited 6 hours. I could not wait that long of course and so I left.
I had to sneak out of the parking garage behind another car so I didn’t have to pay the fee…

Rude. They lied about the time it would take. Andre, who is apparently the manager was unbelievably rude. The woman who was there before me had to argue to get her parking receipt validated — it’s on the roof top of a business building that charges $ 20 for parking.
Don’t go there no matter how cheap the Groupon, Dealfind or whatever other deal they offer you. DON’T DO IT.

If you are a Good Looking female you will get great service but if you are a male or average looking female expect a long wait.

to complain and request a refund, but apparently they have no recourse with their vendors.

I purchased a Groupon. Car Spoil Spa returned my call after I called them 3 times. I set up an apt and then it rained. Due to the weather they were closed. Called 3 more times, and several (4) texts later and NO RESPONSE. My Groupon expired.
Last tuesday I was in Glendale and just showed up.
He said,“did u make an apt?” I said,” I have been trying to make an apt since November. Please just let me get my 59 $ worth and take care of my truck today.” He said,“you need an apt.” I said,” Is this your contact phone number?” He said,” yes that’s my number.” «So you were the one who never called me back for an apt.» He said,“Sorry.” In a very snotty sarcastic manner. «I will just get my money back from Groupon if this is how you take care of customers.» I wasn’t aggressive and he just let me walk away–
I would rather waste my 59 $ then have them work on my truck. Their vibe is just plain shitty.
Soooo UNPROFESSIONAL! The Car Spoil Spa really knows how to Spoil everything.

Ok .to start .they never answered their ph 4 me to try to schdle my appt with htem .I had to call
to get some resolution for them to even return my ph calls. Then whn I got there owner wasnt evn there but the worker told me would be up 3 hrs and I had to have some1 come get me so I wudnt 2 sit there for 3 hrs waiting and to top it off it was in a parking structure.
I also asked to see how much wud be 2 shampoo my back seats and theowner still wasnt there for them to ask and no worker seemed to evn knw the answer to this very simple question.
He NVER answers the ph !!
SO came back to pick up car and GUESS wht! Not clean. dirt in middle of console, dirt inside door handle grips, dirt ecverywhr basically. SHTTY job for $ 68 in my opionion.

I wanted to give about a 3.5 but since that’s not available I rounded up. I received the gift cert as a gift, scheduling was a little difficult as far as playing phone tag but I was able to get the detail scheduled.
The only thing I wasnt’ happy about was the time frame to do the detail. I knew the car was dirty and figured 3 hrs high end but ended up being about 6 hrs. That normally would be fine except since I didn’t know I ended up waiting around for 6 hrs!!! Also, it was difficult to find and parking to leave the parking structure was $ 9!!! There is no validation! Overall I was satisfied with my car detail. They did add a few things like engine compartment cleaning and some color sanding which I was happy about spending a few extra dollars. If I got a groupon or something like that I would definitely return now that I know what to expect.

The website doesn’t really provide much information so know a few things before you try this place. There are two business owned by the same man in two different PARKING STRUCTURES. Don’t be fooled into think that this is a stand alone building, it is not. Both Car Spoil Spa’s are only opened on weekdays during typical work hours (8 – 5), one is opened until 7. I did not learn that one of them was opened after my normal work hours until the guy tried to get me to come for my regular car washes, to which I stated that I work during their business hours, to which he stated that they only tell people they’re open for those business hours and that the other building is actually open until later. Apparently this is unnecessary information to tell your customers.
All in all Car Spoil Spa seems like a pretty unorganized business. It took me a couple of tries to schedule an appointment because nobody answered the phone the 3 times I called. I believe the manager would then call me back stating he got a missed phone call from my number, not knowing who I was or why I had called him (apparently listening to my messages would have been too hard). Then, after scheduling, I drop off my car only to find out that they had no idea who I was or that I had an appointment. I guess the manager keeps the appointments to himself and doesn’t let his employees know when customers are coming. Finally, they stated several times that the detailing would take 2 – 3 hours and to be ready to wait that long. In the end I waited 4 ½ to get my car back.
After all that, when my car was returned to me the inside actually looked very very nice. I appreciate the work they put into it (which they should have done seeing as it took over 4 hours). The outside looked like a regular car wash, which is fine because I mostly got the detailing for the inside. They did forgot to tell me that they put all of my floor mats in the trunk though, so I had to call them back after I had left to check where they were.
I gave Car Spoil Spa two stars because I don’t think I would go back or recommend it. Everything else besides the wash was too much of a hassle. I don’t know that I would even come here if I worked nearby and could drop it off. There are plenty of car washes around the area that I would try first.

I bought a deal for this place and read the reviews afterwards which made me a little scared because they are such a mixed bag. I had an issue with my appointment initially but the owner took care of it and threw in an extra service free of charge. The entire detail process took 2 hours and I was more than happy with the result. My car looked shiny and the interior looked super clean. I didn’t expect a new car considering how much I paid for the deal and I was not thrown off by the sales pitch for extra services because that happens in most businesses. As to finding the spot, I didn’t have a problem as I got directions from the workers ahead of time.

Here’s all you need to know: when these guys say «could take an hour and a half to three hours» — that means don’t expect your car for three hours or more. Over the phone, the claim is «should take about an hour and a half but may take up to three hours» but in person it is «we need at least two and a half to three hours.» If you NEED three hours, just say you NEED three hours so people can plan to accept that timeframe. Of course they’re going to say it might just take 90 minutes because for a Basic Detail job, that’s all it should take… Wouldn’t want to lose business for seeming horribly inefficient, eh Car Spoil Spa?
I had an APPOINTMENT (that took three unreturned calls to schedule) — during that period, they took drive-​ups and worked on them all the same. They explained «It’s necessary for us to work on three to four cars at a time.» — that’s why it takes them AT LEAST three hours… Sorry fellas, having four cars in your possession at once does not mean you are effectively working on four cars at once.
Get your Groupon refunds NOW before wasting your time. In fact, lets all get smart and realize that discount deals mean discounted consideration. You get what you pay for.

Went here with my brother after we had breakfast. We were recommended by our friend who got his car done here. It was nearby so we decided to take a look.
It was hard trying to find the place. It’s inside a parking lot. I didn’t even know they could that! Anyways, the workers are really nice. This guy named Gerbert (?) helped us. He told us that it would take a few hours because it was really busy that day. But we didn’t mind. There were two shopping malls just down the street! :].
The wait was long but it was worth it! Didn’t really care much about my brother’s car til after it got cleaned. That thing looked mucho nice! Recommended for anyone with a car! lol

This detailing place did a great job with my car. It definitely looked more than brand new when it was finally done. Just expect to have it there for at least 3 hrs. It wasn’t super easy to find since the detail place is located inside a parking structure and there isn’t a sign posted outside. But they will validate your parking for free and the staff there is very nice.
Groupon deal was worth the price I paid since my car looked immaculate afterwards.

I heard about this place from my uncle who worked in the parking lot across the street. And since I regularly attend car meets, I thought why not?
It took a while to find the place (its on the top floor of the parking structure), but when I did finally find the place, the guy in charge told me my options, and I left the car there and went on my way. When I returned to pick up the car, I have NEVER seen my car so shiny! My mitsubishi 3000gt looked like I just bought it! The wax was smooth to the touch. All the tiny bumps in the paint are gone. The tires were shiny and the rims were spotless. The interior smelled nice and all the dirt and spots from the dark carpet were nowhere to be seen. Even the dashboard has been completely detailed out. All the dust from the air vents were also gone.
Overall, I had an awesome experience with this place. It looks inconspicuous but the services were really good. Definitely recommended to all of my friends.

Oh gosh, where to begin…
Full disclosure: I cannot provide an accurate review regarding the actual services that this detestable business offers, simply because my efforts to receive a basic auto detail for my car ended with me leaving the place two hours after I had brought my car in, with no detail services performed on it at all…
That being said:
This is perhaps the most unprofessional, frustrating, and desperate business that I have come across in a long time. If you are even considering getting your car detailed here, you should instead put your cash into a blender, pour the contents onto your car, and rinse it off with a hose. That would probably save you more money and time than if you pursued business with this guy.
Like many (and probably most) of their customer base, I purchased the Groupon voucher for their services. Seemed like a good idea at the time. I brought my car in for detailing around 10 AM. They were quick to try to sell me more services than the Groupon voucher offered, which is completely fair of them to try. I told them to complete only the services that the voucher covered, and left the area to run some errands for the ‘2−3 hours’ that it would take them to complete the detail job.
After 2 hours of my car being there, I get a call from the business manager (maybe owner?). Seemed like a nice guy. «To complete your car detail, we are going to have to charge you an additional $ 85». Ok, I knew they might try to hike up the price a bit. So again, I told him that I only wanted to use what the Groupon voucher would buy me. «Oh, well I am afraid that we can’t do that. You see, if we don’t give your car these additional services, you would most likely be dissatisfied with the limited detail job, and give us a bad review». Might I stress again, this was 2 hours after I had dropped my car off.
I quickly decided to be done with this place as soon as possible. I walked back to the parking structure, expecting that they had at least done something with my car since the two hours ago that I had dropped it off… The car was untouched, even possibly a little dirtier than when I had dropped it off! This sketchy owner-​guy, (whatever the heck he does there) tried to apologize, and told me that I should have known the services that I had purchased. Without giving him any more of my time, I left the place, and found a MUCH better place to get my car detailed in Hollywood.
So just to put it in perspective, the owner refused me services that I had purchased in fear that I would be dissatisfied with the detail job, and likely give them a poor review… Well jackass, you do not waste someone’s entire afternoon without repercussions. I hope this review finds it’s way to as many of your potential future customers as possible, and sways them from giving you any business.
I hate to bash any business at all during this recession, but places like this need to be exposed.
And for the record, if you already purchased the Groupon offer, they will fully refund you should his review change your mind about using their services (which I hope it might). The owner of this particular business claimed that he would refund me half of the voucher price, and charge an additional 8 dollars for the time that I was parked in the parking structure that they run their business out of… Yes indeed, it took a lot for me not to yell at this crook, and instead deliver this less-​than-​appealing review about his abismal business etiquette.
And I leave with: DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANY REASON AT ALL… Unless you want to witness this spectacle.

I had a BuyWithMe voucher (actually, I purchased two) for full detailing, and I tried to make an appointment several times, but the owner either told me to call back, email him, or he took my number and promised to call back. He never did. I never was able to use the vouchers, they’ve expired, and I’m out $ 60 each. What an idiot I am for trusting that the place would actually do what they advertised. (Plus BuyWithMe was bought out, so I’m probably SOL there as well.) Even though there is a law in California that says a vendor has to honor the base price of a voucher like this, how am I supposed to do even THAT if the guy won’t get back to me? I can’t believe people actually like this place. How do they get in?

I have taken my car here 3 times now and I think they are the best! I bring my coupon with me and it costs $ 15 for a car wash (SUV). They get every nook and cranny and leave my car spotless. The guys are very nice and they get the job done fast. I am very pleased with the work they do here.
