I would strongly recommend anyone NOT TO wash car in this place. I took my GL350 with me to go shopping in Brand Americana. I was so glad to see a car wash place inside the parking building. Do some shopping while getting your car cleansed. A lady checked me in and I asked her for a package that focuses on the interior of my car and she led me to it. She also said it’s a good package because they do spray wax on the exterior as well. And she told me it’s going to cost me additional $ 10 for my SUV, which I was fine with it. The total package was $ 60. She told me that I can have it in 2 hours and since I will be there longer than that I don’t mind. 3 hours after I dropped off the car, I came back to pick it up expecting a spanking clean car. First, the lady was not there anymore. So I gave my ticket to the guy there. My wife and I waited 20 minutes for our car. I had to ask the guy the second time for my car to get around. Upon inspection, my car interior was not vacuum properly. Dirt all over. My leather seats were not cared for per advertisement. My car exterior has all the dirt and water spots on the sides and top. Obviously I complained to the guy who brought up my car to me. Then this Asian guy started to give me some BS excuses about me picking the wrong package. I cannot believe this guy talking like this. Instead of going to clean up my car, he tried to tell me that I picked the wrong package !!! …Unbelievable. Due to my anger and complaint, he took $ 20 off the bill. But my opinion is that a $ 15 car wash that I usually get is much better and more worth it than paying $ 40 for this terrible service. This is one of the most, if not the most, terrible car wash experience that I had in US. I should have checked out Unilocal for review on this vendor. All the negative Unilocal review is very accurate.
It is ashamed that a classy place such as The Americana by Caruso would allow such vendor to operate within its vicinity. People who visit The Americana would not mind to pay for a good car wash service while shopping. Caruso needs to do something about this car wash service.

They’re very dishonest and u can’t trust them with your car and the people that’s cleaning you’re car. So I suggest that if u come and wash your car here just take out everything that’s very valuable and make sure u check your car for scratches or any damages on ur car. Or take a vid of ur car with them witnessing u doing it so when the bring back your car u have proof and a witness and make sure the person that’s there show them also in the video.

I don’t know whether to love or hate this place. Took my Lexus 250HS there last week to get an auto detail to try and remove swirls from my paint. Skylar (guy working there) was kind enough to tell me the swirls were probably from other car washes using dirty towels. Got the car back and all the swirls were gone! They did an amazing job on the exterior detail. Car was shiny, swirl free and looked wet!
I got home and noticed, however, they did not vacuum the trunk.
I called the next day and Ed told me to bring the car back in and they would wash it for free and vacuum the trunk out.
Took the car back in today (a week from original detail), mind you the car still looked amazing. It took 2 hours to get my car back because they were busy. I got the car back and bounced. You cannot see details well inside the garage because it’s dark. As soon as I got out of the car I noticed swirl marks all over the car and two scratches (like when another car door opens onto yours) on the rear driver side door.
So bummed out. So annoyed. Paid over $ 100 bucks to have it look exactly like it looked like before I took it to them plus two new scratches!

Ever since I used my credit card here, I’ve been having fraudulent charges on my card. I don’t think it’s a coincidence. Other people have reviewed that they steal, in this case they stole my credit card info. Stay away!

This place is terrible. I always used the previous car wash services at the Americana they were great and very convenient. When this company took over last year, I gave them a try. During my first car wash, they lost my floor mats. It took me weeks to resolve the situation and to get car mats back. Ultimately, they had to buy new car mats for my car because they could not find my originals. But it took weeks, and it took a lot of phone calls on my part. I resigned myself to never using this car wash again. Today, I was shopping at the Americana and needed a car wash desperately. it had been over 6 months, so I thought maybe they had resolved their issues. WRONG!!! The car wash was terrible. There was still dirt and mud left on my car outside, everywhere. And I had agreed to pay extra for a headlight cleaning. The headlights are old, but after their cleaning they look the same! And my car was not vacuumed completely, you could tell they didn’t even move the seats. The cup holders were still sticky and filthy, no one had even wiped the surface. When I brought this to the attention of the employees, they argued with me. It was the most exasperating experience. I paid $ 25 for a basic car wash that wasn’t even a complete car wash. And I had to argue with the employee regarding the «extra» service of cleaning the headlights. Honestly, my teenagers would have done a better car wash and charged me a lot less. There were crumbs and stickiness left in the cupholder, on the seats, obvious crumbs and dirt under the seats, and dirt and much left on the car and wheel wells. This place does not have conscientious employees or management. STEER CLEAR!!!

If I could give this establishment a ZERO star review I would!!! They Totaled my car !!! I left in their hand and my car came back to me destroyed!!! They even broke the transmission. Their Mexican guy that brough my car up was not even ashamed!!! He slammed it again a metal bar supposedly bringing it up back to me which I am not sure is the real story!!! They gave me one, to my boyfriend another and the next day when I talked to the owner an other one! STAY THE HELL AWAY from my BMW is totaled and their insurance won’t even pay the value of it!!! The owner tried to say it was my fault when I was not even in the car!!!

Look no further, if you want to protect your investment and drive around in a nice shiny baby all the time :)
My boyfriend and I both bought brand new cars recently. I have owned quite a few new cars in my day and have learned the hard (and sad) way, that if you don’t take your brand new car to the right car wash the very first time, your clear coat will have lovely swirly patterns all over it. Forever. Especially if you have a black car, it will show so much more.
I have been going to this place for almost a year now. I decided to try them one day, because we frequently go to the movies on weekends at the Americana. I was still driving my 07 Prius at the time (black, with swirlys, sadly) and loved the convenience of pulling into a rockstar parking spot right near the elevators! They greet you with valets and go over your car for any damages, ask if you have valuables in the car and ask if there is anything specific you would like them to pay attention to. This is not your typical car wash, it’s very personalized. We went to see our movie, came back and my car was like new! The crazy part? I used to pay my old car wash $ 20 and they are the same price! Plus valet parking! I returned regularly on our movie days and shopping days, because it was way too convenient. The last time I took the Prius there, they asked me if I wanted to have the headlamp covers cleaned. Oddly, I had looked into replacing them because they where 10 years old and very sun damaged and murky. I was planning to sell the car and this slight detail was going to cost me $ 350 to replace them. They told me they could make them look like new for $ 50. Sure enough, they did, just like new!
So when I purchased my new 14 Beetle (black LOL), I immediately knew who was going to care for it. I drove in and said, «Brand new car! I trust you guys and I promise not to take it anywhere else!» They knew me by name by then. They are always happy to see me. Whenever I arrive, they get on the phone immediately, «Winter with the Beetle is here, how long will it take for a wax?» The service is red carpet, it really does have a spa quality!
So today I pulled up in my boyfriends brand new 2015 Silverado (rather dirty from several desert trips) and the valet runs up, «Hey Winter! A truck?» Yes, a brand new FILTHY truck with tumble weed scratches, sticky hand prints from my 11 year old and filled with sand. When I came back that truck looked better than when we drove it off the lot 3 weeks ago. They where running a special on a mini detail, that included a protective coating (kinda need it driving to the desert every weekend) for $ 85. Plus the 20% off Unilocal discount (YES!), took me down to $ 68, plus $ 20 tip of course :)
I’ve read and re-​read all of the reviews here and I feel terrible for the people that had a bad experience. I personally have not, and I was rather shocked reading these reviews. I do however, want to say that they are under new ownership and I met Mike (one of the new owners) today. He was full of energy and telling me how he planned to re-​model the area, including hardwood floors, a fridge with free drinks and free wifi! Honestly I don’t know how they could do better, the current set of very plush chairs are quite lovely after a long day of shopping! I hope that anyone that had a bad experience would be willing to reconsider. I love these guys and I trust them with my babies.
Tip: If you go on the weekends they can be quite busy. If you show up early in the morning on Saturdays and Sundays (like 10 AM) they can get your car done in an hour, but other than that, it can be a 2 hour wait. So if you go on weekends in the afternoon, plan to see a movie or do some shopping. When you are finished the valet will bring your car up, while you lounge in comfy chairs.
Tip #2; Tell them you know «Winter with the Beetle». They will take care of you and your 4 wheeled baby. Trust me on this one!

THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY. Don’t you dare leave anything valuable in your car because they will steal it. Other customers have reported it. Check out Express Auto Spa and Auto Spa on Unilocal and see their reviews. It seems like one closed because of horrible reviews and so they opened a new one which still is getting bad reviews. Beverly Auto Spa seems to be under the same management. It is very sketchy and alarming that all have reports of theft. My friend had 2 rolls of coins of a value of $ 20 in the compartment. When she picked up her car she noticed they were gone. Save yourself from being another victim. Good luck to you guys!

I’ll start by saying this: I dropped off my car for a car wash. When I dropped it off, my iPod was in the middle console. When I got the car back, the iPod was missing. So then, you might ask, why on Earth am I giving them a five-​star review?
The answer is simple: It’s because, unlike some businesses I’ve dealt with, Beverly Auto Spa made the situation right. When I spoke afterwards with Morgan, the owner, he offered to reimburse me for the full cost of a replacement iPod, and he offered me a free car wash.
Look, no business is perfect. But the measure of a great business is how much effort they put into fixing problems. Beverly Auto Spa fixed the problem with minimal headache to me, and the wash they gave my car was excellent. Despite this hiccup, I will definitely be returning.

This place is TERRIBLE! Customer service, quality of work and timeliness… absolutely terrible. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.

I went to the car was with exactly and hour for the wash. They said no problem 1 hour. 1 hour 30 minutes later (with me waiting their 30 minutes for a wash) the car comes back with a big chip on top of the bumper. They claimed they would take care of it and now owner is MIA. I am amazed that they THINK this is acceptable or that it doesn’t come back to them and the Americana. No more amateurs with a bucket and soap claiming to be a «autospa» in a mall. I will spend the extra time at a real car wash.

I gotta say the service at Beverly Auto Spa was perfect. My car looked beautiful and sparkly! I will recommend everyone I know to them. You can shop and have a yummy meal while your car is getting pampered. Yes! I love this place!

My car looks super clean!!! Great job guys. Keep up the great work! It’s so convenient to get my car washed while I am getting lunch at the Americana. Thank you again for making life that much easier.
