Just like any successful business, Fech24 was created to fill a necessary void. We felt there was big demand for a GET-​IT-​NOW delivery service than can delivery ANYTHING 24 – 7 for a «why not» price. Since the beginning Fech24 has never charged our customers unnecessary fee’s such as mileage, convenience and up-​front gratuity fee’s. We believe in offering our customers fast, accurate and friendly service and we leave it up to the customer to tip accordingly based on their experience each time. Our delivery fee is one flat rate, typically $ 5.00 for a 60 minute or less delivery. Fech24 will also never ask you for you credit card information, the driver will pay for the item you ordered and charge you for everything all together when they arrive. cost of item+delivery fee, its that easy! So whether your a student studying all night, parent that cant leave the kids alone, having a late night craving, don’t want to battle traffic or simple just don’t want to leave the house or office. Fech24 is always to our rescue. Recovering from major abdominal surgery, taking care of a newborn at home, and fiancé at work. Fech always makes it happen. We order from Fech once a week or more. Whether it be my afternoon Starbucks pick me upper or weekend ramen dinner, they are always there to make it happen. Just remember they don’t deliver from 12am-​6am. Fech24 is the biggest find for me, since we opened our business. They do our deliveries, and they have come up with the best concept of doing it fast and making it easy, text message. All you have to do is send an SMS with the instructions and they appear in as little as 5 mins. Quick, reliable, professional, no headache. Makes our business grow and our lives much easier. Need groceries? They will go and buy it, and deliver for you. Lazy to wait in a line in a busy restaurant? They will do the waiting for you. And all that for a tiny fee! –0 stars. This isn’t a real delivery business. It’s a guy with a phone and a car. I place my order and receive a text about my order arriving soon. I get up to do something and miss a phone call from the same number and text them saying sorry for the missed call, no answer. 30 mins after the ETA I ask for another ETA… and immediately get a response saying they called and no one answered and that they gotta confirm. Guess a bunch of ppl order and don’t pay or something? But how come he couldn’t tell me my order was cancelled instead of making me wait here like a dumbass? Super unprofessional

I love FETCH24! I own two businesses and I’m crazy busy and starving all the time. In La Crescenta, there are barely any vegan options and FETCH24 saves the day for me every time.
I love supporting other small businesses and I’m more likely to order through FETCH24 than any other delivery company.
The owner is great, friendly and is almost always available for pick ups. I tell all my customers about FETCH24 and urge them to use this great service.

First time checking our Fech24 and they left a bad impression. I checked on Unilocal and their coverage map includes my city. However, when i tried to place an order they told me my city would not be available until a month and a half from now (which i think is BS. They say that to everyone)
Might try it again but I’m not impressed. Hope UberEATS expands rapidly.

I just used them the first time yesterday.
I called the 818 # and spoke to the owner. He answered my questions and gave me the breakdown on how things work. He was totally cool and helpful.
I said I’d give it a try so I ordered some beer from vons per text. Got a confirmation text back. They even used my phone number at vons to get the vons club discount. Few mins later I got a text with a pic of my brew and a pic of the receipt.
From the moment I text to the moment my brew arrived was 34 minutes.
After the actual beer amount plus the 8 $ fee and gratuity, it was a fun experience and comforting to know if your lazy, not well, not in a mood to deal with parking, crowds, been drinking and run out of stash, or don’t wanna deal with ugly people in the world fech is there to get it for you.
Only thing I would of liked is to be able to pay the tab with credit card without paying the credit card transaction fee, so I just paid cash.
All in all an awesome service.

This company is a joke would order from them for lunch all the time unfortunately came to point where they started racking up their prices without even disclosing. they do not want to go pick up items that are specific they do not want to pick up on orders that are complicated and or too much they claim that it is the rush-​hour and they do not want to go drive all the way to «Pinkberry make a customized yogurt for 16 people and bring it back» then why are you in business???

WOW WOW WOW!!! I CANNOT believe I found this service — it’s the jackpot of time management! As a busy lawyer mom, I simply have no time to pee, eat, or sleep — much less pick up food and/​or groceries throughout the week. I used to survive on Amazon Fresh (and even Amazon Now), but both of those services have minimum deliveries. Fech24 does NOT have a minimum — and they do EVERYTHING for you!
My first time with Fech24 was tonight. I sent a text (i HATE HATE HATE talking on the phone, i will NEVER do it, unless I am billing someone for it), and they responded in like 5 seconds. Thereafter, I placed an order for Din Tai Fung on their website (i just emailed my order), and they placed the order for me, picked it up, AND delivered it to me within an hour! And I KNOW that the majority of this HOUR is the DTF wait time during rush hour on a Sunday. It’s pretty incredible.
Oh, and it’s 8 bucks!!! 8 measly bucks. I actually texted customer service bc damn it, how do you guys make ANY money??? And he said, «LOL, because we have loyal customers.» Well heck yeah! This fech24 is my number 1 speed text on my phone now. I will be able to work work work and NEVER leave my desk for food again.
Fech24, I love you guys! Please don’t ever ever ever get bought out by Amazon!!!

I have used the service on two occasions, both to get at Phở right down the street from my apartment.
But Don, getting fetchers to do your bidding at $ 8 bucks is lazy! Are you some sort of couch potato?
No, I’m not a lazy couch potato (mostly not that), but yes I contracted the procuration of two to-​go #2 Phở bowls that refused (they don’t deliver from Glendale Phở Co.) to make its way into my belly from the joint to my crib.
Why you ask? Because I was sick… And I needed soup to feel better. Girlfriend was also sick. We opted to dine in.
The process was easy, went to the site, filled in the blanks, and at the bottom wrote exactly want i wanted ‘fetched’.
The two times I utilized Fech24 I wrote something to the effect of:
«Two orders of #2 Phở & an Avocado Smoothie from Glendale Phở Co., I’ll be paying credit»
Yeah! They do credit/​debit!
Anyways. Then my cell gets a notification that they placed the order.
Then i get another telling me when they’re picking it up.
And finally a 5 minute notice before they’re at my door with my food.
I tender the cash/​credit and that’s it.
On the second time we came down with the cold, the deliverer was a guy named Massis,
He really went the extra mile for me.
What happened was I received two bags of take out (which i thought was normal, it’s been months since I had ordered the first time), and paid the man.
Was prepping dinner and discovered that somehow there were 4 orders of Phở bowls in front of me. Scanned my receipt and realized there was 2 orders of #2 and 2 of #3 Phở…
Called my boy Massis and he told me he’d refund me the extra food… Nothing to it.
Wat.
I was ready to give up the two bowls and drive down to Glendale phở co. to get a refund myself if it weren’t for Massis. Now I have dinner, and breakfast. I feel guilty, but somehow my order got lost in translation to Glendale Phở Co. Perhaps my order was too complex. Either way… He didn’t need to go the extra mile for me. This prompts a review and my first Unilocal review at that.
I’ve been a member of Unilocal for 5 years, silently lurking the forums & sleuthing good grub in my face, but today… Today fech24 gets a review! They’re damn good at what they do, and they’re very personable. The website might need some tweaking to do, with order clarification, but otherwise the people are great.
TL;DR
These guys DELIVER, great simple order process, great employees delivering, and they go the extra mile. I recommend this service to anyone in the serviceable areas.

The reviews don’t lie… and neither do my hips after all the food I ordered! I’m so anxious to write this review… based solely on my first experience working with Fech 24 – the first impression really is everything!
I’m the type of person who could go without eating lunch if it means not having what I’m craving at the moment. Yesterday, I just so happened to be craving food from two different locations in Glendale that do not offer delivery whatsoever. Based on a couple people’s referrals, I thought I’d give Fech24 a shot… they have won me over! Not only did I not have to leave my office to have lunch but I also got to have exactly what I wanted to eat!
I submitted my inquiry via website and received a text within the next minute or two… from that point on, my order was submitted and within 30 minutes it was delivered – ready to be devoured… and that it was!
The man who helped with my order was courteous, professional, and timely. Now that I know of a service that can deliver food from anywhere I’m craving (even my daily Starbucks), I can only imagine how spoiled I’m going to be!
TEN STARS for customer service! BONUS TIP: They accept credit cards…

Excellent customer service experience. I came across the business accidentally while looking for a breakfast place that delivers. I completed a form, submitted and in less than 5 minutes I received a call from Mase verifying the receipt of it. In addition to that he explained thoroughly how it works and what to do, to top all that he also gave me a 50% discount for my 1st delivery.
Timeframe: True to their word, it was less than 1 hour, took about 40+ minutes from the time I ordered to the time I received my food. For a person feeling unwell and is dozing in and out of sleep due to medicines this is really appreciated lol.
The delivery was fast, efficient, inexpensive and very easy process-​wise. The customer service was excellent, which is greatly appreciated. I would definitely use their delivery service again — maybe for grocery, booze or parcels aside from food delivery next time. I will definitely recommend them! *\(^o^)/*

A ridiculously simple way to get what you need when you need it for only $ 5.
I ordered and it worked great, although simply constructed with no bells and whistles it does was it needs to do and you get your fix fast
(ideal for ice cream, fast food, groceries, flowers). Basically anything.
The Fecher’s are hard working people and I have a large amount of respect for what they are doing.
I’m impressed with the service and especially impressed with the founders and their minimal viable product that just works.
THE ONLY CON IS: they do not service all of LA or my area anymore. When you come back that’s when we’ll give you back the 5th star.

Easy, Convenient, Quick! I’ve used a fair share of food delivery services, this one tops it. I had two stops — Starbucks and Jersey Mikes. They managed to deliver both my orders accurately in under an hour (which was my main concern because I was hungry)!
I was very happy with the service and will tell my friends about this. We usually tend to get very lazy, especially when it tends to get to midnight. I should definitely add: an iPhone app would be perfect!

So easy, convenient, and affordable! We used them to pick up breakfast and coffee for 6 girls at 4:30 AM on a Saturday morning!
Why we used them? It was my friend’s wedding day and we had to be up that early to have our hair and makeup done on time for a morning ceremony (it’s tough being a girl), so to save my friend the hassle of going out at 4 AM to pick us up coffee, I luckily found Fetch24!
Worth it? HELL YES! Fetch24 saved the day for $ 4 a stop! We had them pick up our orders from 2 different spots and delivered to my friend’s house for only $ 8. IMO, that’s a little to pay that early in the day!
