Najat is always a pleasure to see! My mom and I have been going here for years, cycling through the previous owners… and Najat has by far been the most hospital, attentive, and congenial. The service and quality of work are impeccable. Will keep coming back!

I’ve only been here 3 times and have had amazing service — the woman working the front desk even remembered my name! Garments perfectly cleaned every time. Best of all, they care about their customers happiness. After my first piece came back, they told me that if it wasn’t to my liking, I could come back and then would do it again free of charge.

Elite Cleaners is so wonderful! I’ve never been to a cleaners that has such exceptional customer service and consistently does a great job making me look good. I just picked up my shirts from there today, and one of them needed a new button; it was such quick fix that you would have never known it was replaced.

Last week I purchased a prom dress that had a stain right in front of this beautiful gown, it was the last one in the store, so I got it took a chance in finding a dry cleaners that can save my gown. Every place I looked was charging me $ 40-​$ 70 because it was a considered a prom/​bridal gown and also cannot guarantee the stain will come off. My last place for cleaners was Elite Cleaners on Glenoaks Blvd. in Glendale. Their quote beat all other by 50%. Ms. Najar and Mr. Abraham took care of my dress, cleaned off the stain like it was new!!! I was very happy. My shopping for dry cleaners is over. Do yourself a favor, go to Elite Cleaners first and save the headache. They are super friendly, very knowledgable and the service is top notch!

The owner and the staff are amazing and super friendly it’s a great family running business and specially the woman on the register knows you by name and she always dresses nicely! Their prices are reasonable and they are pretty fast I took my last minute party dress for pressing and I got it in less than 3 min, as well as removing a wine stain on my white jacket which I got it back as it was newer than when I bought it… Trust me guys this is a place where we get the most professional cleaning job!

I am so happy I found this place. They do fabulous jobs on simple alterations like skirts. I haven’t taken a tricky alteration to them yet, but I will. The staff are friendly and I love that it’s a family operated small business. Adds a beautiful charm. The store front is nothing glamorous, which I appreciate because it keeps the cost factor down. I’m not paying for popcorn and high end crap that I don’t need just to take care of our better clothing.

Since Elite Cleaners changed Owner ship, this Family owned small business has improved so much in Quality, Service, Price, Honesty, Performance, Friendliness, you named it has it all, one of the BEST CLEANERS in Glendale to work with and i think they are planning to extend there hours till late at night which will help me a lot since i am off work at seven, so i can easily pick them up, i think they are planing to open till 9 pm. It will be the only Cleaner in Glendale open this late. But most impressive part is the GREAT QUALITY of my shirts and Dry cleaned pants they look brand new, fresh and crisp, i love it all the way. In a nut shell go and see for your self, i guarantee you will not be DISAPPOINTED.

The owners of this store are super nice. They offer incredible service and prices that are beyond fair. The quality is second to none. Omg :) i am definitely gonna bring all my garments here again. To make the story short i had this shirt in my garage for a long time and it got mold on it so i took it to Elite Cleaners and look how it turns as if it was new :) i was shocked when they showed me the shirt i didn’t believe it was the same nasty one i brought in… Thank you guys you are more than amazing

This is the best cleaner in Glendale. I have been working with this family for couple months now and all my garments have been perfectly done (fluff and fold, shirts, my kids clothes and my dry clean)…This cleaner offers me a free pick up and delivery every week which makes my time flexible.

I had a few items dry cleaned here for an event. When getting dressed right before the event I noticed 1 of the shirts had a lot of wrinkles on it. When wearing it was very noticeably. I called the place to inquire why 3 of the items were dry cleaned well and 1 items was not. The person told me that he could not fit that specific shirt in his press machine so he had to do it by hand. What a great excuse for not doing what you are suppose to do! FYI the shirt is a very typical 15.5 size dress shirt.
