We have had the pleasure working with Edwin as a Staging Company. Not only is he very prompt and professional but, he got the house sold very quickly with a happy buyer and owner. Edwin is such an easy going person to work with and has a great ‘niche’ at what he does. He is not just a ‘client’ or ‘person we do business with’, he has become more of a friend. Wow, wow and wow! Edwin helped me and my wife to buy a house and it was a very pleasant experience.
I usually dont like the whole process of buying a house and dealing with all paper work. Also some realtors dont have the patience to deal with you but that was not the case with Edwin. He was very nice and professional to begin with, then he recommended the best loan officer in town which helped us out on getting pre approved very fast and then he showed us few houses and advised us about the asking price to insure the best deal for us. We said no to many properties and he was very cool with that. He was very focoused on our need and taste. Finally we were able to get one beautiful house.
He has great follow up skills, very honest and he energetic realtor.

You need to work with Edwin. He is thoughtful, professional, always available and what’s better– he gets results.
We were really struggling in our home search process. We were losing on offers and having a hard time finding houses that met our needs and search criteria. We started working with Edwin in June 2015, it felt like a sellers market, homes going for well above asking price and very quickly.
We needed a new strategy and met Edwin at an open house we had visited. We were impressed that he knew the area well and had great determination, so we figured we’d give him a try to work for us.
He called us about a house in an area that met all of our needs that we hadn’t previously considered. The house was a great fit for us and he was able to get us a showing before the open house. Long story short, we knew in the first 10 minutes this was the house we wanted. Then Edwin stepped in and was able to help us structure a deal with the seller that same day! I left his office at 11:30pm on a Friday night, the same day he had showed us the property – and he insisted that he take me out to dinner! And that was just the beginning!
From that day forward he guided us step-​by-​step through the process as first time home buyers, he had experts that helped us with the loan, inspections, everything. We were treated like VIPs by all of the folks he recommended and got great service as a result.
We closed as quickly as possible, and got the concessions we needed from the sellers. All in all, an amazing process and now we are very happy with our home… everything we asked for and a lot more!

For the past 2 years I was searching for a home in 2 neighborhoods in LA. Any home that was in a livable condition I tried to get my hands on I got outbid on by some investor constantly coming in and overbidding me cash. So I dropped my old real estate guy and found Edwin on Unilocal and gave him a call and explained to him my situation and what was happening to me every time I tried to buy a house so he replied in total confidence that he would find me my house with the price I want. Guess what? Within 2 months he found me my dream house at the price I wanted, with no bidding wars. If you need a real real estate agent give him a call you won’t be disappointed.
