Broadway Imaging Center

If there was a option for a negative review, this facility would have definitely gotten it. What is the point of giving an appointment if the patient is still sitting in the waiting room 1−½ hours after appointment time. Don’t even bother making an appointment, seems like walk in patients get a better treatment.

Clean Facility. Receptionist is super nice. Wait was a little long but it is not their fault, i did not have appointment. Xray Tech was very caring too. Good job guys.

Yesterday I and my husband was in Broadway imaging center, and I cant find the words express my gratitude toward the staff/​especially Lusine K./. The staff was really friendly and and helpful to our concerns. Thank you again for hiring such a professional staff.

Wow — I called just to see if they had availability this week for a CT scan because if they didn’t I didn’t want to waste my, nor their time going thru the spiel of getting all the info. and I have to say, the broad on the other end of the line really needs to find another job because clearly she just hates her life right now. My interaction with her was enough to not want to deal with this company. She’s the first representative of this company, she should 1) Not sound drunk & 2) Have a little more compassion. If someone is calling to schedule a CT scan, they’re having a worse day than you.

Thanks to another imaging center, who shall remain nameless, I ended up at Broadway because I needed an open MRI. The service experience was as different as night and day. They were much more accommodating, friendly and just plain nice to me at Broadway. In particular, Fernando and Maral were very attentive and helpful. If I ever need more MRIs, I will endeavor to come back here.

I have been there a few times and referred many of my family and friends to go there for any kind of imaging needs. They do an ok job when it comes to imaging, however when it comes to administration and billing be very very cautious.
My insurance paid for my MRI, and apparently my co-​pay was about $ 30 which they never billed or called me. Just a few days ago I got a call for the collection agency asking me to pay which I had no idea I even owned anything. I called Broadway Imaging and talked to the staff, about this issue and wanting to work with them. even to pay them extra since I have perfect credit and do not want to go collections for $ 30.
They were rude and told me they no longer can help me and I need to solve this matter with the collection agency.
How is this ok in any shape or form.
How about a letter?
How about one last phone call? before they submit the delinquency to the collection agency.
I am very upset as this $ 30 will decrease my fico score.
Not a good place to go when it comes to working out things with their customers.

It’s rare that a task as mundane as getting an X-​Ray can be described as a great experience — but great is the only way I can describe Broadway Imaging. The ladies working at the front desk were extremely helpful and attentive, and I barely had to wait! Any medical establishment that can get you in at the actual time of your appointment deserves 5 stars for that feat alone. Everything was done quickly and efficiently, and the X-​Ray technician was so kind and patient (I ask a lot of questions). I really appreciate the systems they have in place here to ensure that everything gets done in a timely fashion. The facility itself is also very nice and extremely clean — that’s always important for this type of business. Broadway Imaging is like a well oiled machine.

I went to this poorly run place for two MRI’s and was kept waiting for much too long and walked out. They called and talked me into returning the next day. My mistake… It took over a month for my doctor to receive the report and another two weeks of constant pleading to get the disc. The report was written by an idiot and was completely different from another report written by a real doctor. I, my family and friends will never go to this poorly run place again and if anyone else does, they do so at great risk.

I was able to get in to have an MRI done very quickly. The medical imaging office is in a very convenient location with access to parking. The front desk receptionists were very professional as well as very helpful. Altogether my MRI took 25 minutes. This is one of those times when you’re probably not feeling your best but it’s niceto be able to get the medical procedures needed in a top-​of-​the-​line facility.

My mom had a appointment here during evening hours. First and most Im forever grateful to them for staying open late and servicing their patients. Nora, the sweet young lady who sits in the front is very vibrant and professional. She didn’t hesitate to answer all of our questions and concerns. The facility is very clean and sterile and all the technicians are well trained, educated and professional. My moms appointment was for a open MRI and she was having anxiety, the staff there did everything to help her ease her worries… If I ever or someone I know needs MRI, XRAYS, CT scans, etc i will most definitely refer them here.

This office is very modern and sleek but nothing they have can compete with Lilly! She is essential to the smooth operation of this imaging center. She was very comforting and informative when I as a patient felt vulnerable and uncomfortable. Thank you Lilly for your help!

Have to say that they deserve the 5 stars indeed .
The front office staff was on the dot with helping every single person attending to them. Don’t disagree it look like a busy BUT VERY WELL organized Office .
I am a busy guy myself and they got me out of there in less then 40minutes considering that I had 2 different mri’s done back to back for lower and upper back. Anyways employes were very attentive. Locations is centrally located with parking in the back and all the machines that they use are brand new and very very up to date (they do open MRI)

I started coming here after a car accident in early 2010. I had totaled my car and needed to have extensive imaging done ASAP and Broadway Imaging was the closest place I could find that would fit me in to their schedule. Luckily, the place was as comfortable and clean as a medical office gets haha. The staff were really accommodating and the girls at the front are too sweet. I’ve been a loyal client ever since.
I recently returned for a chest MRI because I had come down with pneumonia. They did some remodeling to go along with their new open MRI and, as someone who hates tiny closed off spaces, it’s comforting to know that if I ever need another MRI I have the open one as an option. Last time I went in, one of the receptionists told me that they have the newest/​most up to date model of the open MRI machines.
I’ve started getting my mammograms here about twice a year. Breast cancer runs in my family and knowing that, the workers are considerate and pay careful attention to anything I get done here.
The renovations definitely give the place a more modern and fresh look than before and the service has been consistently great. Give the place a try if you’re in the Glendale area and need any imaging services.

I was treated as a priority because of my early appointment time. In and out in a hurry!
The man assisting me into the MRI was very professional and made sure I was comfortable before leaving me by myself. (Didn’t happen at Kaiser!!))
The new MRI machine is definitely more spacious, I felt great. (Kaiser– small and uncomfortable !!!****!!!)
The staff visited me twice during the process and made sure I was feeling okay.

absolutely amazing staff, very clean, and most importantly they genuinely care for their patients and get them into the rooms very quickly.
In and out very quickly! Prices are very reasonable as well.

Rude front desk staff!
The waiting-​room was packed and dark.
Try to go somewhere else if you can.
When I went back yesterday to retrieve a DVD of my X-​rays, which had been burned for me by the tech, the woman at the front desk pretended to look for it, as I watched, and then said it wasn’t there.
She told me I’d have to wait while they burned another one. At that moment, the tech who had originally burned the disc, came into the front desk area, so I asked him for the disc, telling him that the receptionist said it wasn’t there; he immediately reached into the stack of DVDs and said, «it’s right here» and handed it to her to give to me. She just handed it to me without saying anything, and looked away.
Everyone makes mistakes, but combined with her dismissive attitude and rudeness, it makes you feel like they could care less about their clients.
The same front desk women was incredibly rude and dismissive to another women, who was trying to get copies of her mammogram records, to take to another appt. The woman spoke very little English, and so, was being ignored.
This business treats its clients as an annoyance.
Both X-​ray techs were great though. Perhaps they will move along to brighter locations.
