I was shopping around to lease a new car and I stopped by Acura of Glendale
John helped me from start to finish, made sure I was taken care of.
He gave me the best possible deal he can get which I’m extremely satisfied with the lease term but his customer service skills were PERFECT.
I went to about 10 different car dealerships before Acura and hated how everyones so pushy so I just left. I went to acura, was pleased with JOHN TRAN’s customer service skills so I leased a car next day. If you’re planning to get Honda, Hyundai, Kia, dont waste your time. Go to Acura of glendale and go see JOHN TRAN. You can def get way better car for similar price as base model of honda/​hyundai/​kia.

My wife and I just leased our 3^rd vehicle with Acura of Glendale and could not be more pleased with the experience. Mike Agajanyan was our rep and he could not have been more professional, knowledgable, courteous and hard working to ensure we left with the vehicle we wanted at the price we needed. He even shared his snacks from home when he knew we were hungry. Car buying can be annoying and intimidating for some, but that’s never been our experience in Glendale and will definitely continue to bring our business there.

Last weekend my boyfriend and I went to Glendale Acura to test drive the MDX. It was a beautiful SUV and drove very nicely. Our previous car was an Infiniti which was totaled in an accident last week (no injuries).
Our salesman was Zack Zakaryan and he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He was not pushy at all and didn’t try to force us into anything. He was legitimately excited about the car and it showed. I could tell he believed in the product he was selling and he didn’t speak poorly about other cars we discussed. To me, that says a lot.
Although it was very close, ultimately we decided on the Infiniti because we loved the prior car and it would be easier to learn how to use all the new hi-​tech things that come with both the Acura and the Infiniti. But Zack was great and is definitely the type of salesman one hopes to get. I’m sure he will sell lots of Acuras bc he has a great product and seemed like a genuinely nice man who enjoys his work. Maybe next time we’ll get an Acura!

One of the Best service departments I’ve been to. Roger is great. Everything was so streamlined. I’ve taken in my Acura TSX for minor service and recalls. It has always been a pleasant experience.

I bought my RDX there about 9 months ago. Very friendly and I didn’t feel any pressure. I just got my 10k checkup and with a coupon they sent me in the mail, it was free! They even washed my car, in and out in less than an hour. They were super friendly and professional. My guy even made a point to come out and say good bye before I left. What else can you ask for?

Tony in service is my go to guy. He is the best ever. Tony is extremely thorough and fair plus he advises me on what is best for my vehicle. However the service team at Acura of Glendale in general have always been ready and willing to assist me. I even love the loaner Dept staff! My TL is 10 years old and I still choose the dealer for all my maintenance because of how great they are.

The service here is excellent! Manny is so attentive and makes sure I am fully aware of what is going on with my car. He always makes the time to meet with me any time I have a concern. Also, the complimentary car washes are always a nice treat :)

I ran into Glendale Acura for quick unscheduled appointment and was met by Brad who was very welcoming, wrote up the service contract and out the door within an hour! Great service

I currently own a 2015 MDX. Prior to this, I owned a 2014 MDX.

Wow. What an experience. It was my first time dropping my car off to this dealership for service. I was very pleased with the way Sedreak (sp?) Took care of me.
He was very detailed in communicating the step by step process of what they were going to do to service my vehicle and even gave me an accurate completion time! (Which almost never happens anywhere)
To top it off, he followed up with me to tell me my current battery was not up to par and because it was under my warranty they replaced it with no questions asked and washed my car for free!
Thank you Acura of Glendale and you will for sure be seeing me in the future for any service needs.

Alton was very responsive with our email negotiations from the get go. He is very cool to deal with, honest, and never pushy. I have an Acura dealership in my city but they just couldn’t beat the deal. Dwight was helpful during the test drive and nice to deal with as well.
We decided to upgrade our beloved Odyssey, so with the avail 3^rd row on the MDX for our kids, it was the best choice for our needs. The 3^rd row is def just for kids as it’s low to floorboard, I guess this is to accommodate for headroom for adults that may need to sit back there in a pinch for short rides. Anyway… I’m very happy with the service from team Alton & Dwight. Put it this way… after dealing with Alton via email my friend ended up getting a good deal as well on his RDX.
So look for Alton & Dwight if you’re in the market for an Acura. Kudos to them for making this a great car buying experience =).

This is the best Acura dealership in the area. I’ve been to 3 others closest to this one, and none of them compare. Clean, friendly, and trustworthy.
Mike! Mike is the man. I’ve now bought 2 cars from him and Acura of Glendale, an ILX and now a TLX. That TLX v6 sports + mode combined with the all wheel steering is magic! He is patient and thorough and will go over everything with you. He gives you different options and you choose one that’s best suited for your needs. Not pushy, but informative.
I got great deals on both cards and both happened to be showroom floor models. I’m telling you go see Mike and the guys at Acura of Glendale. They’ll take good care of you. Thanks guys!

Came in to compare options against Lexus as my current lease was up and I was looking at the market.
Acura was very helpful at giving me options to get out of my lease with Lexus and providing a fun vehicle with a great price.
I dealt with Mistry Amin who was patient and accommodating with having me examine various options and price points.
If you are looking for a great value luxury car Acura is a smart option.

Love my 2016 ILX!!!

Although I didn’t purchase my 2013 TSX from Acura of Glendale, I’ve been servicing it at the dealership since day one. I met Brad Wolfgram from the service department two years ago, and have yet to have a complaint about his customer service skills, knowledge, patience and overall approach to my service visits. I’ll have to admit, I’m not the easiest customer… I’m picky with the way my vehicles are maintained, and will have concerns about the vehicle that many people would typically overlook. In spite of this, Brad goes above and beyond to make sure I’m thoroughly satisfied with my maintenance/​repairs and best of all, he always provides aggressive pricing! Overall a pleasant experience with Brad and the team every time.
I do agree with one of the other Unilocalers though, the dealerships customer waiting lounge/​cashier area are severely outdated and in need of some updating to stay on par with other luxury brand (according to Acura marketing) dealerships. Just walk into Lexus of Glendale and you’ll see what I mean.

I bought my brand new 2015 Acura TLX yesterday from Alton Ho at Acura of Glendale. I had been thinking about buying this car for a few months now and to be honest, I had no interest in going to Glendale. The Alhambra Acura dealer was down the street from me, so why would I want to drive 10 miles to Glendale? After briefly looking at the car at Alhambra and asking a few questions, I went on vacation. The salesperson at Alhambra was beyond annoying and would constantly call and leave me voicemails and text messages despite me telling them I was out of town. Just for fun, I decided to email Acura of Glendale to compare the pricing. Alton responded right away and was never pushy. He continued to keep me up to date with the pricing of the car and other details for a few weeks until I was in the market to buy.
The process was easy. There was no nagging. No going back and forth and playing games. The wait time took awhile for them to process all the paperwork, but that’s the same from every dealer. I honestly was only planning on buying the car from Glendale and going back to Alhambra to have my car serviced. However, after my experience at Glendale, I’ll most likely be making the trek and going there from now on. Much more professional than Alhambra. So far so good. Will have to update once I am due for services and what not, but for now I’m pleased.

My battery died in my RDX, and as a result codes were necessary to restart the radio and Navi. Radio code was in owners manual, but Navi wasn’t. A serial number was required. I called service, explained the issue, and was told «The entire Navi unit had to be taken out, and it would cost 125 $». One YouTube search and all I had to do was hold down 3 buttons and I could access the serial number, enter, and receive code. I’m assuming they wouldn’t have taken out the entire unit, but regardless… they either weren’t knowledgeable enough and/​or just wanted to make a quick 125.00 $ either way not cool.
