I’ve been to the vape theory twice now. both times I was super impressed with the welcoming atmosphere, the friendly knowledgeable staff, the quality of the products and top notch customer service. What prompted a review this time was Jay… who helped me. He was very kind, open and generous. This will definitely be my go to spot during my quest to quit smoking. Thank you :)

Solid spot, and has an endless supply of vaping accessories and liquids. The employees really know their stuff and are always very helpful. It is a bit on the expensive side, I wish they had more reasonably priced liquid.

Upon entering The Vape Theory I was greeted by Jay! The place had welcoming vibes to it, definatly an upscale shop. Liked how it was designed and how everything was displayed. Lots of juice selection with great prices, honestly I was shocked. This is one of those places that if I had the time, I could stay all day conversing. Jay hooked me up nice, i needed a replacement tank for my tfv4 and he gave me it! Been looking around forever for one! Really friendly staff, good prices, and large selection are key to a good shop, and this place has it all!

I wanted a better tank for my eGo one (needed to hold a bit more juice) and Jay from The Vape Theory hooked me up with the Kanger SubTank Nano. They have reliable brands and a good selection of flavors.
Everyone is friendly but Jay always helps me out with questions and takes his time showing me how to use my new vaping stuff.
You might contemplate ordering online for pricier vaping items but purchasing from The Vape Theory makes it worth it because of the customer service. You’re not saving that much since you have to consider shipping costs and if you’re like me (impatient) waiting for the item to arrive sucks.
Don’t hesitate to check this place out. Super clean place and very helpful.

The coziest and chillest place to just hang out and sit back and vape!

I just bought my starter pack from The Vape Theory, and I was very pleased with the service. Drinh (So sorry if I got your name wrong, bro) was very knowledgeable, so he was helpful in picking out what I need based on my experience on the subject (which is not very much). This shop is pretty cool and has a decent inventory. My only complaint was the parking. Its right next to a car dealership, but it didn’t take me long to find a spot on the street nearby. I went during rush hour though, so I imagine you’ll find a spot easily at night. Overall, I recommend this shop to anybody starting out, or very experienced in vaping. Thanks a bunch, Vape Theory. I absolutely love this shop. If you’re in town and need a spot to chill or check out some phenomenal juices or the newest mod or atty then you have got to check this place out.

So i went here to buy a vape, in my opinion this place is a joke. The prices they have are ridiculous they were charging $ 55+ for an istick 50w I told the worker you can buy from other vape shop for $ 39.99 thats when he said I can give 20% discount total $ 51. The workers were just chilling no effort in customer service. I will not go here ever again.

I come to Glendale very rarely so I decided to stop by this shop. WOW THIS IS A BEAUTIFUL SHOP!!! I really felt like I can come here and hang out for hours.
Pros: great selection of merchandise, BEAUTIFUL SHOP.
Cons: TERRIBLE PARKING, unfortunately the employee I had to deal with seemed to be very dull. Not the type of person you want in customer service and retail but the other employees seemed to be great from over hearing conversations.

Great Vape Bar with quality juices, good selection of gear and excellent customer service. Don’t hesitate if you are in the area, they will not disappoint! My go to store in Glendale!

Each time I go see these incredible guys, I am a giant pain in the rear. I always have a disaster to request their assistance with. These catastrophes include:
«My Provari is giving me an error code and I need nicotine»
«I don’t know how to work this and I need to get some nicotine in me before my boyfriend leaves me because I’m a jerk when I don’t get nicotine. Please help, I don’t want to be single.»
«This metal circley thing won’t twist off and appears to have somehow become welded to this larger circley thing, and I really need nicotine. I don’t know how to use a blow torch, but I think I might have to. Do you know if Home Depot offers classes?»
«This button is stuck and if you don’t do something quick I’m going to run over it with my car because I’m going to die if I don’t get nicotine.»
«WHY DOES THIS TASTE LIKE A BONFIRE?!? I’m sorry for yelling, I haven’t had nicotine.»
Not only do they always solve my problems, they do so quickly, and with a fantastic attitude. These days, true customer service is hard to come by, but these guys go above and beyond… every single time. They’ve repaired my broken equipment for free, special ordered for me, they answer my dumb questions in terms that I can actually understand, and I’ve gotten a significant discount every visit. The employees are SO friendly, and have never left me without a resolution. If they don’t know the answer, they find someone who does. Once, I called with a question, they answered quickly, and then called back a few hours later to make sure everything was okay. Who does that?! So impressive! Also, the owner/​manager is super friendly and helpful.
During my most recent experience, my Nautilus tank wasn’t working so well. I ran in during a quick break from work, and exasperated, told the gentleman, «this tastes like burning and I haven’t had any nicotine today and I have no time because my boss thinks I’m in the office bathroom right now, please help!» They identified an issue with a recent shipment of coils, which was obviously a manufacturer issue, and certainly not their fault. However, being the wonderful folks that they are, they apologized and gave me a FREE Aerotank to borrow until they were able to speak with the manufacturer and get some functional, higher-​resistance coils.
These guys have worked hard to earn my business and my loyalty time and again, and I guarantee you that if you go see them, they will work to earn yours too.

This place is the nicest designed vape store I’ve ever seen. You can tell they really paid attention to detail when they set The Vape Theory up. The multiple flat screens that are up on each wall, the modern & surprisingly very comfortable couches in the sitting area, the dj booth, the stools at the counter, etc. Everything is clean and thought out… They have a variety of top notch mods & juices. They have wraps like the R2D2 one, camo, Phillippine crest, etc… They have it all. They probably have mods for your vape that other vaping stores do not carry.
The all important customer service… Wow. They greet every single person that walks in the door with a «Welcome to the Vape Theory!»… Not just one person. The whole staff does. I know it may sound like overkill but that greeting instantly makes you feel welcome into their space. It’s pretty genius if you ask me… Simple but effective.
Jeff helped me out. I bought 4 juices: apple jax, pink starburst, airheadz & bomba (taro/​ube)… His customer service is excellent. He went above & beyond.
Ipads are used for checkout. Receipts are sent via text or email. They take cash or credit. Easy breezy… Check them out. You won’t be disappointed. The Vape Theory is setting the standard.
