I agree with the other post. This place doesn’t deserve not even 1 star. I had been here a few times before once for a full set, others for lashes. I’ve been happy in the past, enough to refer friends & family to the place until now. Today I brought a friend to get her lashes done & decided to get mine done as well. Immediately I noticed that one side was clearly different from the other. Fuller on the inside corner of my eye & as though some of my skin was glued making my lashes go straight across with no arch. I kindly asked Helen if she saw the difference and she ignored my question telling me they looked beautiful. I tried showing her where it was more full & she seemed offended & said with an attitude«I glue to your lashes» then walked out of the room. Once I got up front I asked my friend if they were even she said no, I then asked a stranger if they were even she also said no & pointed out where one was fuller. Bottom line is not once did Helen ask what she could do to fix it, instead she was raised her voice & then said she’d take $ 5 off as I explained it had nothing to do with money, I just didn’t want to walk around with my eyes looking completely different then the other. I told her I’d rather them be removed & she said I’d need to schedule an appointment which clearly will never happen. I ended up going to another place just up the street on 53rd& bell having them removed(taking only a couple minutes) & putting on a new set(the money was well worth it) all I know is that they were very childish when it came to an unhappy customer & should not be running a business. Extremely unprofessional & I regret ever sending others there. They do not deserve the business. GOSOMEWHEREELSE.

So my mom went in for an eyebrow wax on 1⁄26. She was taken into a room and laid on a bed. A woman, who didn’t say a word to her the entire time, started putting oils and creams on her eyebrows before waxing them without saying a single word as to what she was putting on them. Now let me mention that I worked for European Wax Center for 4 years. Protocol is that the client needed to fill out paperwork where you would describe your allergies, talk about what medications you are using, and advised when a good/bad time to get waxed is. I know most of these nail salons don’t do this but that is SCARY that you could go in pay $ 10 and get a brow wax without a single word being said. This is a lawsuit waiting to happen. Anyways … It was $ 10 my mom paid and left. Her brows looked amazing! My mom said the lady really took her time(and that it was really painful). But nonetheless they looked great. Fast forward to 24 hours later. My mom wakes up. Eyes swollen shut. She literally cannot see out of them. She has red swollen blisters ALLOVER her eyebrows and her eyelids are so swollen they went over her eyes. The itching and pain was unbearable. It is now 1⁄30 she still has extremely swollen eyes and red bumps after putting on tons of creams and medications to help. My mother was clearly allergic to one of the oils and creams she used. This is why it is SODANGEROUS to go to a place like this that does not ask you a single question and you still hop on that table to get waxed. The only reason my mother doesn’t go to European wax center to get waxed is because she doesn’t want to pay $ 18 for a brow wax. But SERIOUSLY if you care at all about your eyebrows and face. Please do 1 of 2 things. Either DONT go to a nail salon. Or if you must. Please ask them what oils and concoctions they are putting on your face before they even get started. We gave it 2 stars because the brows looked great. I hope they start using better products and asking clients what meds they are on!!!

I give this place no stars what so ever. Charlie gas no idea what he is doing. I got a whole new nail set today and the nails are in even and the acrylic isn’t placed evenly through out my nail… It also isn’t even on some of my nails fully. I had to tell him numerous times to be careful using the electric tools because he cut me deep on a few fingers and also wasn’t paying attention when he was using tools. He bumped and messed up my nail and when I asked him to fix it he said it would be 5 $ extra. My nails and fingers are a mess. The top cost is no good and my nails are full of air bubbles don’t go here if you want good nails!

I loved my experience here this morning! The fellow who did my pedi was awesome, kind, and patient. After my nails were done, I said how much I loved my nails and he gave me a high five! I would give a five star rating, but the place was a little run down, massage chair had definitely seen better days(but worked fantastic), some nail polish bottles were old and almost empty, and it smelled… well like a nail salon lol. Overall, I had a great experience. I had them do a cool design and it only cost $ 20.00. Plus after being gone for a half hour I realized I left my wallet there, ran back, and they had saved my wallet for me in a locked display case! How sweet and honest these guys are. I would recommend this shop all day.

Nail tech didn’t respond to ouch or pulling my foot away when she stabbed in to my cuticle. She continued the same procedure with every nail. I finally asked her to stop and she gave me a dirty look and started yelling in another language. Whatever, you drew blood. I’m done here. Stay away from the crazy place.
