this place is horrible disgusting the lady is annoying af talks to much charges to much even some of her old employes moved from that nail salon to the other one across the street dont come here also one of her guy friends came tried attacking us after we left what a creep!!!

Horrible I’m not allowed to come back because I didn’t want to pay for something I didn’t like the bitch even called the cops because I didn’t want to pay I had a bad experience here, they look horrible do many hair bubbles, they wanted me to pay the lady chased me out of the store attacking me she cursed at me I’m only 16 years old she’s a phyco please do not waste your time and money

Very Disappointing! As a nursing Mama of two little ones, any free time is precious. Today I had the opportunity to do something nice for myself. I decided on a pedicure & tried this establishment. I was told by the owner to return in 30 minutes. I did, I waited another 10 minutes only to watch the people who came in after me without an appointment be seen. A few employees noticed this and tried to intervene of my behalf. When I question the owner, she said there was nothing she could do and didn’t remember telling me to come back in a half hour. If you value your time, please don’t waste it here!

Friendly staff, great feet scrub. If you enjoy good work, happy people and great prices this is the place.

Walked in here on a Saturday morning. I waited for about 30+ minutes for them to even START on my nails and there were only 3 other women in there.
First off, my nails look terrible!!! I got a gel french tip full set…
There are so many air bubbles in my nails that even people notice how there are a bunch of air bubbles in them. :(
I didn’t even notice until I went out in the sun and saw how terrible they were. Second, a woman did my eyebrows… They look WORSE then my nails. They are so thin now. I have naturally thick full eyebrows, and I can’t even explain to you how thin and ugly they are now. Completely uneven and unshaped and just terrible. I almost cried when she told me to get up and look at them.
The total came to about 35 for nails
And 10 for eyebrows.
I REGRET EVER GOING THERE! Will NOT be going back!!!

This is my 3^rd visit here and I will never be back! If I could give it 0 stars I would. I brought my niece here to celebrate her being on honor roll. I will never return and I will not recommended this place to any one. You can get a better pedicure at a better price elsewhere. The customer service is horrible. If you come here, only stay if the man and old woman are here alone.

Awful! I asked for back fill and she filled off my entire nail and expected me to pay for a full set. Bad quality nails in the first place. The First Lady said it was $ 15, then $ 20 and the last lady tried to charge me $ 40. When I asked for a back fill. Absolutely horrible!

They were very nice but my nails were very thick. I’m not sure if it was the product but I had issues with my nail coming completely off. I went to one place for over a year and never had one lift so I stopped going.

I just flew into Arizona today and my friend told me about a nail salon that she has been mistreated at and I witnessed the mistreatment as well without the nail shop even knowing that I have and been watching how they treat my friend. I am amazed in how they treated me compared to my friend. I am a blonde hair blue eyed woman and my friend is half Asian and black but does get mistreated for the black I feel. We both have went in here. The people were nice and welcoming to me and immediately assisted me and helped me accordingly. But unfortunately my friend has been mistreated, she has paid top dollar for her nails and pedicure and the nail technician by the name of Try half ass did her nails and she works in an industry where her nails need to be done right and the way she asks for. It is important to her. I am really disappointed in the way the staff has treated my friend and I am writing this review to let anyone and everyone that can relate to this situation to stay away from this place. I have a daughter who is half black and I would have a fit if they treated and did to my daughter’s nails what they did to my friends nails. The over weight Mexican woman cut her, and continued deceitfully hurting her even after she told her that she is in pain and sore, my friend even had bruises on her knees and legs for God’s sake and kindly asked her several times to tone it down on the pressure and the Mexican woman tells my friend she had to massage her this way. Bullshit. They massaged me comfortably fine. Then the white woman that they have as a hostess yelled at my friend in front of the customers in the whole shop and the nail tech Kenny repeatedly mistreated her as she kept going there to get her nails done. These Asians that run these nail shops here in Arizona and in America as a whole are so prideful in saying how they do not like to be mistreated because of who they are but they are hypocrites and rude, they speak in their language as they talk bad about whoever they feel and they think we do not feel the negative energy because we do not speak their language? Well all these Asian nail shops need to learn how to treat all people equal and important because if it wasn’t for us American’s red, yellow, black, and white, these business owners would not have a business and would need and want to go back to their own country and mistreat their own people. I frown on this place and will never go here even though they treated me like royalty beyond my control obviously, I love my friend and I have known her since we were little girls and she is the most giving and loving person that I know and have known. I will stand behind my friend and will never support a company that promotes mistreatment of any kind because of stereotypes and reasons of no basis. Shame on you «PAMPERED AND POLISHED NAILS» for thinking you would get away with this.

Pretty awesome place! Got a pedicure for 35 $ and it turned out really nice! The ladies do very thorough painting and don’t rush one bit! I loved it!

The people here are amazing! The owner was so nice and Marie does the BEST manicure ever. She takes her time and makes sure that my cuticles are in tip top shape! I’m so happy I found this place. I will most definitely be back! Come check this place out!

I went in for a full set of acrylics and the staff was very friendly and made sure I got exactly what I wanted out of my experience! The prices were great too! Would definitely recommend!

I went for the first time earlier this week and had a manicure and spa pedicure. The spa is VERY clean and new. The pedicure chairs are also new and very comfortable. I was the only client and had a very relaxing experience. The quality of the work was definitely above average, also the majority of the polishes are O.P.I. and other comparable brands. I also asked to see the Shellac colors although I did not do it this time. They had well over 20 colors to choose from and that may be an underestimate. I did not ask the price of shellac mani so not sure how much they charge for that. They had a frequent customer reward program, basically when you spend $ 100 (over multiple visits) you receive $ 5 off. The price for a basic mani and spa pedi was $ 45 which is right in line with everyone else in the area. The owner was there and could not have been nicer, she was so genuinely sweet. I’ll be back!

I just went here for my first time on Saturday. I’m pregnant and I decided to get a pedi spontaneously so I walked in without an appointment. I had gone to three other places that turned me away because they were too busy. Finally I went here and it was nice and calm and they sat me right away. It was probably one of the best pedicures I’ve had. I got the Deluxe Spa Pedicure for $ 35 (Cheaper one was $ 30). I love when places work on the heels and calves a lot and they definitely did. They had a sugar scrub, oils, lotions, hot towels and hot rocks. They had great massage chairs and made sure you got a complementary water or hot tea of you wanted. It was so relaxing and great and the staff was really nice. Definitely going back and highly recommend it!

Did an awesome job on my full set! They are the perfect length since I have a two year old I don’t like them long! The only problem is the cut my finger with the drill… She needs to be a little more careful and then it would be all good!

I take my girlfriend here all the time and she always walks out happy. We go here at least every two weeks, even get myself a manicure. Highly recommend it!

I love this salon! New management started as of summertime and they have really done such a great job at making this salon much, much better than it used to be. The staff is very polite and they will do what it takes to make sure you’re happy with your services. They really do pamper you as much as possible (at one point, I had three lovely employees working on me) and it was so nice to relax and get pretty. They are inexpensive, too. I recommend them to anyone looking for a new nail salon!
