While i love the menu at Noodles and Company, this particular one leaves something to be desired. I ordered the hot Thai bowl which had the desired seasoned heat but was delivered to my table barely warm. I think soup should be served with steam rising. The servers forgot an order of potstickers which are usually tasty. The order came when my soup was tepid at best. Bread with soup was stale, tough. Stay tuned for the decision on the potstickers which just arrived…

I love this location. The staff is always very friendly and the food is consistently good. That cheesy garlic bread is to die for and the Alfredo is on par with some of the best I’ve had. This place can’t be beat for a quick and tasty pasta meal that won’t break the bank. If you’re like me and sometimes crave pasta in a pinch give it a try. Also, the Japanese pan noodles and potstickers are very good too.

This particular Noodles & Company is just like any other. Its a good spot if you need a quick meal to fill you up. Its convienent for me because its close to work and I can stay local if need be. The customer service is decent. So far I haven’t had any complaints, although when they are busy they can move a little slow in here. I normally get their salads for lunch and if I’m here for dinner I like the pad thai and chicken. The location isn’t hard to find and parking is good.

I love the atmosphere pad thai and pot stickers. I also enjoy the grown up mac and cheese. The chili mac is awesome but i dont know if they bring it back seasonally anymore. Staff is friendly and very it’s clean. My major gripe is the taste of the pad thai whenever I have it to go. It’s like the sauce dries out while in the container(which seems to happen even when I make pad thai and it stays in plastic container) OR they don’t put the same amount of sauce on it. I’m not sure what it is, so I just dine in. The food IS good and I enjoy It but I wouldn’t really consider it anything fancy. It’s simplistic… but I enjoy doing little lunch/dinner dates with my boyfriend here because it’s a cozy place to sit and talk.

Been here several times. No complaints; the food is always good, the staff is courteous, and the establishment is always clean. I typically get the steak stroganoff…

After a strong one-star review and a five star review before that, it’s time for one in between. I came in for a quick lunch on Monday, and that is what I got. Service was prompt and was out of there within 30 minutes. They did a great job on the Pesto Cavatappi, which is my usual. I added chicken to my order, which made it even that much more great. However, this is the first time at this location. Please see my Crystal City review, my most common location I’ve been to since it’s closer to where I live. However, since I was working in PG County on Monday and was hungry, I gave this one a try. My only complaint was they could have been more friendly. However, they weren’t unfriendly either.

The food I don’t have too much to complain about. but the service at this place, is definitely NOT the best. When I call to place orders to-go, the employees usually act like I have bothered them and rush you off the phone. A phone conversation full of «uh-huh’s» and«mmhmm’s» when asking questions. .not to mention when I got to pick up my placed order — the young girl at the cash registers neck was full of bright hickies. just wasn’t the greatest service from employees, nor their presentation. I’m all for young people working. that’s great. but don’t let them ruin this nice establishment with the LOAD of unprofessionalism they display.

Rude employee, seemed put off that I had the nerve to walk in and bother her in the empty restaurant. Ordered my usual pasta fresca and extra balsamic. Meh… I’ll stick with the Noodles & Co by my workplace in Alexandria, VA.

Good food. Nice, courteous, friendly staff. Clean environment. In a good location. Seating outside. My favorite dish is Pasta Fresca — Penne with balsamic, olive oil, white wine and roasted garlic, red onion, tomato, spinach and parmesan or feta. I add chicken or shrimp depending on how I’m feeling. My friend always get the pad thai and said it really good. My kids enjoy the mac n cheese.

Everything for the most last is clean and the food is always good and exceeds my expectation. I tend to always get the penne rosa with either chicken or shrimp. The location is perfect and allows odd ample parking if coming with a group.

Pad thai with shrimp! Ummm ummm good. Nothing fancy or extraordinary about the restaurant. I do like their fountain drink options which include Dasani flavored sparkling water.

I like their food but they are way high in calories, so i don’t partake often. if they had a lighter side menu it would be great. food is good, but 1100 calories for a bowl of noodles is too high.

I heard the Pad Thai was good but I didn’t really like it. I may go back again and try something different.

I had a really good experience here. The cashiers are very nice and friendly and they move very quickly. Im glad I got in here before the lunch rush though. Its located in the new shopping center right across from the Wegmans. Everything was clean and all the counters were wiped down and free of clutter. I like this location more than the Bowie location.
