The folks at Pearl Vision are most helpful. I have been in on two different occasions to have pads replaced on sets of glasses. Neither time would they except any payment for the service they provided. Many thanks!

100% perfect service… I called last Thursday to get an appointment… My appt was today a few days later… the doctor was ON TIME… very very nice and very thorough. He spent much time with me explaining each test. He did not rush… He was very thorough… I couldn’t ask for better service from this store, and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. Dr. Joe

If I could give a zero star rating, I would. I asked to have barely used, old frames with a new prescription and it was no problem, except they told me I couldn’t leave my frames because they were my only pair. My vision isn’t bad and I only wear my glasses once and a while, but that didn’t matter. I dropped them off a week later when someone else was working. They contacted me soon after to let me know my glasses were ready, but they told me that they were scratched. They asked if I minded waiting for new lenses? I told them of course not. I got a call the next day saying my new glasses were in. I went and picked them up only to find that they gave me the scratched lenses. When I called the next day they acted as though they knew nothing about scratched lenses or knew about the newly ordered lenses. STILL waiting for good lenses after 3 trips now… I not only will not recommend this place, I am going out of my way to warn people.
I finally received my glasses complete with no scratches, a week later. I stand by my original review.

I’ve had great experiences at Pearl Vision Center.
When I first moved home, I swung by to get my glasses tightened– they had loosened up and kept falling off my face. The person who helped me was very nice, tightened them up quickly, didn’t charge me, and sent me on my way after about 5 – 10 minutes total. When it came time to schedule an eye appointment (I needed a new prescription for contacts), I scheduled one here. I scheduled it online, which was easy, and they had a lot of openings.
For my eye exam, she was very professional and friendly. The visit was efficient, she wrote me a prescription for the contacts I wanted, and I was in-​and-​out quickly. They encouraged me to get my $ 100 free contacts through my insurance, but didn’t pressure me to order more or to update my glasses lens to my new prescription.
I came back a few months later to update my glasses lens to my new prescription, and they were very friendly. I had two pairs of glasses, and they were finished just a few hours later for me to pickup. They both felt and looked great. I also browsed their sunglasses, and saw about 100 pairs that I wanted to buy :-).
The service is always friendly and efficient. I’ll definitely be back the next time I need new glasses, sunglasses, or an eye exam!

After spending over $ 400 for glasses at the Peale Vision center in Glenn Mills, 7 months later — the lenses had terrible scratches. When returning — the facility said that this is our issue — and if their lenses were defective they would have shown up differently. We would have to pay $ 130 for new lenses. And we were told we were LUCKY. We have the Pearle guarantee. My husband and I have been wearing glasses or contacts for our entire life. We have NEVER had a pair of glasses scratch so easily — or get the feedback we just did from this store. I would RUN — not walk from this store. We will be sending a note to Pearl — as well as getting a second opinion on the lenses — and will decide to do whatever is needed after that evaluation.
UPDATE: Pearle did not fix our glasses and we went to another location where we found a similar pair of glasses for ½ the price of pearle. AND we haven’t had any SCRATCH issues with the lenses.
