Very unprofessional owner, Business 101. Poor communication. My child trained here and when they began their sport was injured right away and was out the entire season. Not what they advertise (and what we pay for). Cannot recommend.

I’ve been training at FPC for 2 years now under the guidance of Mike and Shawn and could not ask for a better team to help me meet my goals. The gym provides me with physical challenges and a healthy lifestyle to follow. no mirrors, no pressure, no limits, full body workouts with a team who lives breaths and eats fitness. no matter your body type or fitness level this gym will make you better if your willing to work. couch potato’s stay home, motivated humans give them a call. I’ll be there.
