Chef Luis’s eclectic menu features New American Cuisine with a specialty in, (but not limited to) sauces, seafood, and game. Some of the house favorites include the seafood combination, beef tenderloin, elk, tuna tartar, Cassoulet (in colder months), fried beer battered green beans and grilled brie dishes (to name a few).
At Cab’s we are happy to adjust to accommodate our customers dietary needs and desires. Gluten free diets, Eat right for your blood type diets, less fat, no starch extra vegetables, no sauce … Let us know what you want and we can usually do it.
Cab’s also has live music on Thursday nights upstairs and on many weekend nights on the main floor (check our upcoming events calendar for details).
Cab’s is available to open for private lunch or afternoon parties (groups of 20 or more). There is also a private party room available. The loft room fits 25 to 30 people.
