Danny rocks! You can tell he really loves his work and truly cares for the dogs. I would recommend his company to anyone in need of a trustworthy dog-​walking service.

The walks are fine but the customer service is horrible.
The website says one price, the owner verbally told me another and then he charged be a different price. When I asked about the differences and quoted the conversation (which i verified occurred with my friend who was over at the time before i talked to the owner) He told me i was wrong and yelled at me over the phone and blamed me because he did not update the website (which is still not updated). Personally I have never been yelled at like that before from a person I am purchasing services from. In the end he agreed to charge me the price on the website.
At that point I decided I needed a new walker.
Once I found a new walker I notified him via email that I no longer needed his services and to please return both sets of keys. He responded that he changed his mind on the cost of the walks for the previous month and raised the price. I emailed him once a day for a few days asking for the second set of keys be returned with no response. I finally had my landlord change the locks and notified him this had been done. His response was: «Good for you.»
Overall the walkers are okay, they are nice and leave a note each time and remember to feed my pooch. But the owner is another story. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I have two dogs that l love very much. Unfortunately I work many hours and like most in my area, my work commute is about an hour each way and I don’t get to spend as much time with them as they need. Thank goodness for Urban Paws. Since I started using their services a couple months ago there have been no «accidents» in my home and I can see that my dogs are happier and healthier. Im actually quite impressed with the interaction between my dogs and their pet walker. My dogs seem to love him!
