Absolute worst customer service. Scheduled an appt several days ahead of time for a simple tire rotation. Came in 15 min early before appt, they tell me that they are SHORT STAFFED and rotation would take 4 hours! I asked to reschedule for following monday and was assured that they would be full staffed, with no time issues. I came back Monday and heard the same thing again, they are short staffed and it would take over 4 hours for a simple tire rotation. Guy told me even though I’m on the book — nothing they can do. Can’t believe I wasted my time driving here! Never coming back.

I went to NTB to get my tires changed and Jason Schollenberger was very helpful through the entire process. I made an appointment and it was very fast. He kept me updated on how much longer it would take while I was waiting. The price was better than all the other places around and the service was excellent. I would definitely recommend this place!

Had my battery replaced. There were a couple customers ahead of me, so I had to wait about 45 minutes. Staff was friendly and courteous. No problems.

Wait and wait and wait. Then lied to my face. I brought the 4 for the price of 2 oil changes as a good deal for two of my vehicles. Every time I brought a vehicle in it was always only a couple of hours. Last time I dropped the car with them and was again told only a couple of hours. When I returned four hours later I was told it is done but it was still on the lift. A half hour later I went back into the office and was told «the old filter was not right so we and to tighten the filter and replace the oil». I was sitting in my car outside with my wife watching the whole time. The car never went up while I was there. One more oil change and my family and I will never go back.

Just moved to this area and have been coming here for all tire/​oil/​services. One of the only places that is possible to get work done after 5pm and they always seem to squeeze me in. Buy 2 get 2 free oil changes are a no brainier deal, especially for synthetic. I recommend them to everyone!

I found them online for an oil change. First we called and was told to come in down that they would fit us in for an oil change. Then when I got there, since I was only getting a basic oil change, I was told I’d have to wait 2 hours. Why didn’t they say that on the phone? Then when I mentioned the online price, the service manager scolded me for not printing out the coupon. When I said I felt like if been scolded, he got arrogant with me and said, «I told you I’d do it this time.» Trust me, there won’t be a next time, so he has no worries about next time. I get oil changes frequently, and I was going to buy one of their buy 2, get 2 packages. Not now…
