Excellent customer service. Excellent tire service. Does one need to say more about this car care establishment? From the on-line appointment scheduling, to the personal phone call confirming the appointment AND availability of the requested tires, to the actual visit and installation. 5-Stars! The only complaint I can make is there was no coffee at the coffee maker. It was 9:30 in the AM and a cup of Joe, while I waited, would have been nice…

Great place for tires. I have been a customer here for years. I prefer knowing the full price of the tire installation upfront rather than having one price for tires, another for balancing, another for valve stems, and in some other tire places another for the disposal of the tires. Convenient hours are an additional plus.

This is the first time I’ve used Mr. Tire for anything other than tires. In the past the tire installs were smooth and trouble free… so I decided to see if other services were just as smooth. This time I needed tires AND was experiencing issues with my brakes. I have 80k miles on my original brakes and anticipated needing a full brake job or at least front pads and maybe rotors replaced(expecting a bill well over $ 250 for brakes alone). Imagine my surprise when I received a call telling me that all I required was an $ 80 service to turn the rotors down. They could have just as easily told me I needed brakes all the way around, but they were honest… and for that I give them an above average rating, and I will return for more routine service work.

I’ve been a customer of this Mr. Tire for nearly seven years. In that time I’ve seen many changes with the managers at this location. The current crop is the WORST they’ve ever had. I used to deal with«Dawn» and she was great, now she’s gone! Today I had an appointment and they told me when I got there, «Sorry we’re behind nearly an hour!» What’s the point of having an appointment? This was just for an oil change, mind you. They seem hassled to even help you and bothered by your presence. Therefore as of today, they lost me as a customer and a small business closer to home has gained me as a customer. Sorry Mr. Tire the thousands I’ve spent in there over the past seven years, will go to an auto repair business that deserves it!
