Snowballs rarely disappoint, & this was no exception. The difference is that these are pretty big for the price, & the syrups aren’t bland. I prefer to cut some of the sugar, so I mix regular flavor with sugar-free. In this case it was $ 2 medium raspberry/strawberry combo, respectively, & I think next time I’ll get small. My friend had large(very large) spearmint with a scoop of ice cream, but it was even more than a scoop. More like half the cup according to him. The ice cream bumped up the price a little, so his was around $ 4.50-ish(?). Note: CASHONLY, so be prepared.

I’ve been going here since I was a child. I love the family atmosphere and the snowballs are delicious. I no longer live in the area but that doesn’t stop me from making a trip every summer. :)

People have told us they drive from other neighborhoods to get a snowball here. The staff are friendly and a lot are teens. It really seems like a place that brings back tradition and I feel like in a world where everything is done on twitter, Facebook and Instagram, it’s nice to see people sit down and converse. I bring the baby here and it’s just a good family time.
