I purchased an OMF mattress 8 or so years ago from the Charlotte, NC location when I lived in NC. Loved it. It is currently my guest room mattress and is still going strong. I tried another mattress from a big name brand for my King bed but within a few years it was sagging and creaking and my back was aching every morning. There are no OMF stores close to my current house, but I called the Glen Allen location and they were happy to sell me a mattress set over the phone since I was buying the exact same model as my Queen, just in a larger size. Everything went smoothly, delivery guys hauled away my old mattress, and now I’m sleeping like a baby and waking up without any back pain.

I agree with the previous reviewer about the salesman telling her MORE than she WANTED to know about mattresses. Our salesman had to tell us all about the company, how it started, where it started, how many stores, what kind of material was in the mattress, etc. He would not stop. I didn’t want to be rude so I just let him run and run and run. He talked from the time we went into the store until I left. A nice guy but a real motor mouth. But we bought a mattress from him, not because he was a good salesman but because of the rating in Consumer Reports for mattresses. Nice store, too talkative salesman. Funny how many other mattress stores were around there. And they do deliver to Dale City.

This is the place to go to learn everything there is to know about a mattress. Specifically, Will was great! (We’ve heard other employees may not be as awesome). He explained more than we ever wanted to know about the process. Plus it’s a local place, which is always a bonus! We visited about four different times and checked out the products and asked our questions while we were comparing the store/​products to the competition and in the end, we bought our mattress from OMF (Orthopedic Premier Super Pillow Top)
IMHO, I’d highly recommend visiting Will at the Brook Road/​Va Center Commons location!
