Update, they finally showed up and did a great job. I would suggest that this company improve on the customer relations side of things. I say this because returning phone calls in a timely manner is important in today’s competition for the dollar. Also if you are going to be over an hour late, extend the courtesy of a call. I arranged my morning around this job and being an hour late now set my day back.
Overall good job and I would likely give you another opportunity.
