Manager

Dr. Neil Wills is a Board-​Certified Ophthalmologist with more than 10 years of refractive surgery experience and has performed more than 71,000 LASIK procedures. He completed his residency training in ophthamology at the Storm Eye Institute at the Medical University of South Carolina, where he was elected chief resident his senior year.
