Would give them zero stars if i could, my buddy called this establishment on accident meaning to call a Virginia beach drivers improvement course, the guy on the other line, believe his name was carol, cursed him out telling him how f###### dumb he was and stereotyping his whole generation by saying they are all idiots. I sat there listening to this nonsense before my buddy hung up. My buddy called another drivers improvement place in Virginia beach and told them about what happened when he mistakenly talked to the other place and they told him that this wasn’t the first time they heard bad things about this establishment. So point being this place is extremely rude and this carol guy has a attitude problem. Would like to talk to the manager, but pretty sure this place won’t be around much longer if they continue to tolerate that a**holes behavior to potential clients.

This was my first experience with traffic school, but it seemed okay. It was long and we stayed the whole time save some breaks for water/​bathroom/​lunch. But, if you can’t complete it online, this one was fine. The instructor tried to make it fun and entertaining and added humor. Participation was mandatory, but that at least gave you something to do. I didn’t care for the part where «shock» tactics were used to try and «scare» or «guilt» you into changing behavior. I’m sure that works on some people, but as for me, since i have lost loved ones due to preventable crashes, i didn’t care for that. Overall it was ok and got the job done.

Yeah I know… I got a ticket. I was told to go take driving school. I did a little research around and found most of them had very bad reviews. I came across Aaron’s which had a few positive notes about them, so I thought I would give them a call.
First they were very professional over the phone. The person I talked to gave good information and was helpful in figuring out, where the best place for me to take the the class.
I took the 8hr class on a Saturday at the Hampton Inn Glenside Drive. Nice hotel, they were conducting the class in one of the conference rooms. Well it seems that many people tend to dip on the pedal like myself and get caught by the po-​po. I would say there were about 25 people in class overall, it was packed.
The whole reason why I am giving a Traffic School 5-​stars, was the star of the class himself, Mr. Jack. If anyone used to watch the old Will and Grace show, you know the character Jack from it. well he now teaches Traffic School. LOL well not the real actor, but Mr. Jack reminded me of him A LOT!
Class itself was structured much different than any other Traffic class I’ve been to. yeah to many to talk about… instead of «How many feet do you have to be behind a school bus… how many feet do you need to turn your headlights off in incoming traffic. ETC» The class was made up to change your «Driving attitude» Mr. Jack referred to himself in the third person the whole class, wanted a lot of class participation and made jokes the whole class. He was very flamboyant, told many little stories, mostly about himself, but somehow we always worked them into the material. I was really dreading the class and thinking it was already going to be an 8hr time sink, but drop dead boring as well. Well Mr. Jack keeps things moving and not sure if interesting is the right word, the material is still a little hard to work with, but the 8hrs didn’t feel like 12, but maybe closer to 6.
If I every have to take traffic school again. hey you can do it every 24 months for a +5 points! … hopefully I wont, I would call these guys and ask when Mr. Jack was teaching.
