While passing through Gilroy on our way to Monterrey we stopped in to RV Sales 101, just to window shop. The wife and I have roughed it for 25 years and thought it might be time to move up to a tow-​able camper
Saleman OD educated us on a range of trailers and price ranges, answering our questions in an easy, no pressure manner. Ultimately, we fell in love with a Starcraft AR One Extreme trailer. After doing some research online and checking out some other dealerships we decided it was worth the drive back down from San Francisco to family owned RV Sales 101.
OD had emailed «What do we have to do to earn your business»? They all proved they were willing to back up that question.
OD’s manager Ken said his only concern was that we left happy. He was true to his word.
New to RVing, we put our trust in Gus’ operations team who proved their ultimate concern was our safety.
In the end we got a fantastic deal and are truly happy with the work they did on our truck so that we could feel secure towing the trailer. We are equally as thrilled with our awesome new home on wheels.

I’ve been driving by this dealership everyday for months now and some particular trailers would always catch my eye. I started stopping in occasionally to look at them and find out more info. Everyone from the receptionist, salesmen and even the owners themselves were absolutely great to work with. I never felt pressured and they always made me feel welcome when I stopped in. They earned my business in all the right ways and I ended up purchasing a 2016 18ft Starcraft AR-​ONE Extreme camping trailer.
They also just opened up a new parts showroom with lots of RV accessories! Definitely worth checking out!

I just bought a new 2015 Open Range Light LF319RLS 5^th Wheel Trailer from Roger Luis. He gave us a thorough explanation of everything and we were sold on the quality and warranties. Price was right. Ken Coykendall, VP, took over and finished all the details and paperwork. They suggested Bay Area RV install the gooseneck mount/​ball in my new Toyota Tundra Crew Max 4×4 truck. Everything went smooth and we picked-​up the trailer on the day Bay Area RV installed the mount/​ball in my truck. The next day, Ken called me to make sure our 3 hour drive home went well, and I assured him it did. We have owned RVs for about 25 years. We checked out several dealers before RV Sales 101, but I’ll recommend these guys ahead of all the others. This company sells a quality product and are professional!

My husband and I just bought our 2015 Open Range from RV Sales 101 and I couldn’t imagine more knowledgeable, helpful guys who made the process extremely easy. We worked with both Gus and Ken who were extremely nice and really seemed to know their stuff about what options are out there.
