Ricky was confident and inspired confidence when setting things up. His prices were good, references good and seemed to know what he’s talking about. When he was done his crew left glue all over the entire hardwood surface. They cleaned it for about an hour, but we spent weeks cleaning it afterward because it was so messy. They didn’t seal the floor well and now it’s buckling and discoloring where the concrete joints are under the flooring. Now Ricky doesn’t answer his phone and is nowhere to be found. Don’t pay him until you’re satisfied because he’ll disappear.
He promised a lot, including to come back the next week and help remove debris. We waited and he never showed.

Ricky did a superb job installing carpet and vinyl, and repairing cat urine damaged baseboards in my old condo in San Jose. Not only did he have the lowest of 8 submitted bids, but he was the only one to take a piece of the baseboard to create an exact match, saving me at least $ 100. His references were excellent. When I noticed a slight pull up in one corner of the carpet, he came and fixed it right away, no problem. He’s fast, competent, and extremely affordable. I plan to use him again in my new home this month!
