OJ Insulation

Ron was prompt, patient, courteous and efficient when he came out to bid the job of insulating my floor. He returned calls and explained things to me. He scheduled the job quickly and his crew was at my house on time, worked hard and got the job done. They happily took pictures of their work so I could see what they did.

All that I knew was the the heating bills were going up and PG&E said I needed some insulation change. I always check Unilocal before calling anyone even for a quote. And, frankly, I was apprehensive when I called these guys because no one has reviewed Ron and his team. But Ron was completely helpful right from the word go. He patiently educated me on what the current city code is, what is required to be done in my home; And he did not try to sell unnecessary additional services. He was always on time, very prompt in responding to emails /​phone calls. He gave a very competitive quote. Scheduling was easy and his team did a professional job. Thanks Ron and team :)
