First impression with the first point of contact; the person who answers the phone. I spent close 10 min. With this person on the phone and got no definite answer to my inquiries. Not only that they didn’t their hours, couldnt decided who to schedule me with and seriously all the ummms and uhhhhs during the phone call were so ridiculous I couldnt believe after watching all their commercials for tax season that would let a person like this represent them as a whole. I literally got scared to even trust them with my taxes. I couldn’t take anymore and had to hang up while they were still trying to figure out their hrs.
