G & T Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning

Josh did a great job. He was very professional and considerate of the fact I had a toddler and a dog in the mix to get out of the way. He was able to be at the job within two days of calling. The dog was the reason I called him. Our dog got sick, way sick, all over our loft and stairs. Josh was able to treat the carpet for the remaining odor and stain from the doggy dieherria. My only issue was that the product that treated the odor did leave a baby powder smell that is still there. It is slowly fading, its been three weeks, but its there.

Josh is amazing! His prices are very fair! He also does a great job, we have four animals so you can only imagine some of the pet stains we can get. Well it’s no problem to him to get out! He also made sure our carpets were cleaned with a special cleaner for my grandfather who had cancer. Amazing man! Super friendly!

Called G & T for 2 sizable rooms. Josh called me back when he said he would and set our appointment. Our carpets are about 9 years old and on their last leg. 3 kids, pets, birthday parties, family gatherings have taken their tole. I wasn’t expecting them to be reborn because I had them cleaned about a year prior and they had a lot of spots return within days. Josh gave me a reasonable estimate and knocked the job out in just over an hour. They looked great! I am writing this review 2 days later and they still look great! Called G&T for a quote to get the front living room, stairs and hallway carpets cleaned. Josh the owner made an effort to come when it matched our schedule the best he was polite and very professional. He was even great with our dog ;)
We were quoted and then set an appointment for the following week.
The entire job took less than two hours and he also left us a complimentary bottle of spot removal. I was blown away when I came home and saw the carpets that day. They looked new as the first day we had them. We have kids and a dog and a constant revolving door of family and friends coming in and out tracking their dirty feet through the house. G&T hooked us up and made us clean again in no time.
We will start to use G&T on a regular basis in order to maintain our carpets longer.

I am very happy with Josh’s expertise and professionalism. I first met G&T Carpet Cleaning when a former renter hired Josh to clean the carpets on move out. This was a smaller, 3 bed/​2 bath home. The renters lived there over 3 years and had a child and a large dog. The carpet was in serious need of a cleaning. I was so pleased with the final results, I called Josh to have the carpets at my home cleaned.
Josh checked weather patterns to suggest the best day possible for cleaning over 3500 square feet of high end, custom carpets. He arrived on time and worked thoroughly and steadily until the job was complete. All furniture was protected; all carpet stains removed including a flight of stairs where my dog often sleeps. Without additional charge, he also provided a bottle of enzyme carpet cleaner to use on future stains. Additionally, he cleaned the upholstery of six kitchen chairs which had become spotted and dirty— they look like new again!
Josh is the third generation to live in Morgan Hill/​San Martin. He is not going anywhere. I am very safety conscious and thoroughly appreciated that I contracted with the owner of the company and it was the owner that performed the services. And THAT is why I gave G&T five stars because it is, indeed, as good as it gets!

I called Josh the owner based on these reviews. I was VERY impressed with his work. He came out the same day and took care of my problem. I had to call him back the next day for a separate problem and he showed up again on time. He is very knowledgable and explains his whole process. Because of this experience I will not use anyone else to clean my carpet. I recommend Josh to anyone!!!

Josh, who is the owner is AMAZING. I had an emergency cleaning situation arise. I called G & T Carpet at 4:20 in the afternoon and Josh answered right away. I explained my emergency and he was at my house within 2 hours. The carpets looked brand new when he was finished and Josh’s service was stellar. He saved me! I can’t thank him enough and he will forever be my carpet cleaner.
