Earl provided invaluable assistance to me and my husband in selling our North Monterey County horse property last summer. It was a large and beautiful property on acreage, but fairly a complicated piece of property to list and sell. Earl did a fabulous job and the house sold quickly. The video he had made was absolutely beautiful and allowed potential sellers to see the property’s qualities. Earl is professional, accessible, and knows his stuff. My husband was on travel for 30 of the 45 day closing period, and Earl checked on me frequently to make sure I wasn’t flat going out of my mind handling all the packing, etc., by myself.
I would use Earl again with no hesitation to buy or sell property, and have recommended him to friends and business acquaintances. He’s top notch in our book. You can’t find a better realtor in the San Jose to Monterey area.

I’ve worked with Earl on two occasions looking for homes in the San Jose and Gilroy area. Overall he has showed me about 20 homes, he was very diligent, always prepared with all the info about each property and was always on time. We made offer after offer in difficult buying times and he was always very patient and I never felt rushed or pressured into buying.

He was later my realtor again. This time to sell the house he helped me find. His approach is conservative and worked out well. He sold my house over the listing price within two weeks. Again, he followed through the entire process and closed on time.
