Complete Awful costumer service… very Dishonest about there prices they will charge you fees they don’t even tell you about until you get to your destination so be looking to pay triple of what they quote you… very unprofessional and Rude… this company is a complete rip off. DON’T USE THEM I REPEAT, DON’T USE THEM!!! They are a total rip off, they are dishonest. VERY SLEEZY OPERATION WITH ZERO MORALS AND VALUES, SHOULD BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS. Would not advise anyone doing business with them.

Perfect! Manuel was prompt, courteous and efficient! Charged my car’s battery and I was on my way! ALL BUSINESSES SHOULD OPERATE THIS WELL!

Waited over 2 HOURS for a job I was quoted 45 minutes for. Unbelievable POOR customer service. I would NEVER use this company again! The driver Triston was incredibly rude as well. Worst customer service. Horrible.

I live in a gated community and while unloading grocery’s and trying to load kids (no more then 15 minutes). My cousin got towed! Really have some heart. Her purse and grocery’s were still in the car. You could have handled this much better then sliding in taking the car and costing her 400.00 for 20 mins. Worst service ever!!! Put a sticker on the car and come back in 20 mins if its still there tow it that’s fair but while loading and unloading.

My son and I ended up with a flat tire, called 411 and they connected me with All Pro Towing. The response time was less then 30 minutes. The driver moved my car to a safer location and changed my tire. Thank you for thinking of our safety.

Great team of Drivers, this is the ONLY Tow Company we use at our automotive shop, we have plenty to chose from but All Pro Towing has proven time and time again to be the Best local service. Fast, Efficient, Affordable and Friendly. I dont have to think twice about referring any of my customers to use their services. I know the drivers are respectful and professional and the tows are delivered without incident.

I want to thank Jeremy (the tow driver) for helping me out of a precarious situation. He went above and beyond. It was a difficult tow and with his creativity it was handled smoothly. He couldn’t have been more professional.

I received excellent service after my car broke down on the freeway. I spoke with the driver about being from out of town and unfamiliar with what to do in such a situation and the gentleman helping me was of GREAT assistance. He advised me on what steps to take and even drove me around Gilroy to quite a few locations to try to find a shop that was open! I unfortunately did not get his name but am very grateful for all of his help! He was also kind enough to drop me off at the Outlets so I could shop while waiting for my ride!

I had an unfortunate circumstance in which my car broke down on the side of the highway which some of us have had experience with. Of course my first call was to roadside assistance who luckily sent Anthony to the rescue and I’m so glad they did. He went out of his way to make the situation better. I was almost 300 miles from home, frantic, worried, and stressed about the situation. I didn’t have anyone to help but Anthony helped me find some options to get me back home and even took me to a few of them. He’s got a big heart and it would have been much more difficult to get through the situation without him there. In the end he towed my car to the repair shop and dropped me off at the airport in San Jose so I could get home. I’m very grateful for people like him in the world.

I have been using All Pro Towing for all my towing business for about 15 years now. I own a body shop and get cars towed regularly. The staff is always professional and eager to please. They always get right on the job even after hours. I would recommend them to anybody. Great job guys keep up the good work!

WATCH OUT FOR THIS SHADY COMPANY! If I could give this company a big fat ZERO, I would. I broke down yesterday and without even having a say so, a CHP said he would call a tow company for me. Lucky me got the privilage of dealing with All Pro Towing from Gilroy. It took about 30 minutes to get to me and when the guy arrived I immediately asked him what the damage would be because I needed to go back to San Jose. He tells me a flat fee of $ 185.00 an hour. I’m thinking, ok fine, I’m kinda stuck with them now so I figure it would take exactly an hour to get to my destination.
The driver loads my car onto the platform and we take off. But wait, he looses his phone so we have to pull over and find it but luckily it was still on his truck bed otherwise I’m sure he would have added that extra time onto my charge as well. Who knows, maybe he did!
We get to my destination in San Jose, he pulls out his calculator and invoice and tells me the best he can do is $ 370. I said $ 370? Why is it that much when you said it was $ 185.00 an hour? It only took an hour to get to my drop off point. He tells me that he has to charge me for the time it took from the phone call to get to me also. I say, Well why didn’t you mention that when I asked you because I would have called around for another tow truck. Again he tells me that $ 370 is the best he can do for me. At this point I have no choice but to pay because now my car is stuck on the back of his truck bed.
After he leaves, I realize that when he showed me the call that he took from the CHP it was only 1:30pm and he dropped me off at 3:00pm. So basically he charged me for 2 hours when in reality it was only 1 ½ hours? Since it was late on Sunday I figured I would call the office and speak to a manager on Monday (today).
So this morning I call and speak to a guy named Jeremy who said he was the manager. I tell him the situation and how I was over charged. He basically tells me that I was being charged for the time that it took the driver to get from the shop and back to the shop. So now the story changes. WTF? Are you serious? What awful customer service does this company offer? He tells me that the CHP should have discussed pricing with me in the first place. How the CHP know this, he only makes the calls to help people get off the road. Don’t blame it on the CHP, your freakin driver should have been up front in the beginning but thought he could take advantage of a girl stranded in high heels!
Bottome line people, If you wanna be screwed hard by a tow company, call them because they are not clear and up front about their fees…
