You can book online and you will get both email and confirmatory texts. When your driver arrives, you will also get confirmatory texts and your driver’s phone number in case you want to contact them. SUPERB first class service for a very reasonable rate. Will definitely use this service if I’m ever back in Phoenix.

Excellent service from arranging service to the very end of drop off. Quick to respond to online reservation, confirming the pickup the day before, the day of and identifying driver (who was the owner). The SUV was VERY clean! Steven was professionally dressed and his full size SUV was meticulously detailed. He picked up my family for a surprise trip to the airport. He offered refreshments and was sure we were very comfortable with music and temperature. Using his service made the stress of making an early morning flight with my family go away 100%. I was able to record my daughter as she opened the card that said she was going to Disneyworld instead of Disneyland! I will be calling Steven directly for future occasions. This Taxi Service is incredible!!! Steve was not only better priced, and incredibly polite, compared to other taxi’s I called. This is not a cab, it’s truly a personalized experience, and he’s incredibly professional, with an incredibly beautiful/​clean car. He’s flexible on timing if you aren’t certain exactly when something starts, and we didn’t have to wait around an hour or more for some cab in the night. This is the kind of taxi you feel safe and comfortable in, like you are in a beautiful luxury car (Black Escalade I believe), with 7 person seating. He comes pre-​stocked with alcohol, and has a license to serve it. I believe you can bring your own drinks in the taxi as well, so you can enjoy ramping up for the evening in this ‘Limo licensed taxi’ We partied like crazy that night, and the ride was comfortable, and pricing great. He’s all about service, and was great to converse with. He even offered to hold some of our stuff until he picked us up, since we couldn’t take some of it in, and said that option is always available, and I felt completely comfortable leaving my stuff in the car.

I was very, very impressed with Your Personal Driver and their services on a recent trip to Arizona for a business conference. There was an evening to explore the city that Steven was particularly accommodating and knowledgeable for our needs between a restaurant option for dinner as well as where we might pick up some fixings for drinks and snacks back at our resort. I found it exceptionally hospitable that he offered to drive us to a local shop to pick up the supplies and bring us back to our hotel.
I also needed to have a car arranged to pick up a colleague that was arriving at the airport late one evening and was able to coordinate the passenger pickup and digitally handle all of the payment and gratuity prior to the service.
Fast, efficient and reliable service. Would highly recommend and definitely my go-​to for any visits to the Phoenix area.

I was very pleased about the professionalism that the driver demonstrated during the ride. I took a ride my house to Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport. The driver was early, professional, and even offered complimentary Starbucks Mocha Frappachino coffee’s for the ride. The vehicle was impressive, clean, and sparkling.
I plan on using the company’s services again in the future for all my personal transportation needs.
