Southwest Sedan Service

Brent was great to work with. Our driver, Josh was very professional and arrived in due time. The limousine was spotless and showed excellent in the wedding photos.

I have used SW Sedan twice in the last month and the service has been excellent. I had a driver named on Ron on the first visit and appreciated his professionalism and friendly personality that I requested him on my second trip. I just made my reservation for my third trip and expect I will receive the same great service. The driver was waiting for my each time when I arrived at Sky Harbor, immediately took my luggage and showed me to the car. I felt safe in his car, it was clean and he was very professional. I will use this service for future trips to Phoenix.

I have used a number of black car services from and to the airport but it only took one ride to convince us that Southwest Sedan they are the ONLY service we will continue to rely on for transportation from/​to the airport on time. The fleet of cars are new and clean, unlike some relics of limousines out there that look like they have attended far too many graduations.
I can rest assured that when I get confirmation of a booked ride that one of his professional drivers will be waiting for me.
We travel a fair bit to our vacation home here in the south and can honestly state that Southwest Sedan is the #1 service provider we employ.

I too was introduced to Southwest Sedan via a Groupon about 2 years ago. We make regular trips back and forth from Chicago as do our family and friends, we were loyal to Southwest Sedan and always used them or recommended them. Jeffrey the owner appeared to be a reasonable man until we booked a pick up from Sky Harbor airport to bring my daughter to our home as a surprise for Fathers Day. I sent him her itinery and he assumed that we needed a return ride back to the airport, which we never requested nor did he ever inquire as to whether we needed the return ride to the airport. The day of her departure, a driver shows up… I told him we did not request a return to the airport. Jeffrey insisted on charging us 50.00 for his mistake. When I disputed the charge with him he became very indignant and told us never to use his service again. Trust me… we won’t.

So this company just offered a Groupon to Sky Harbor for $ 25 within a 15 mi radius. My boyfriend and I have an early morning flight on Thanksgiving day to visit family and I wanted to see if this date and time would be an issue.
I talked to the owner who was very nice at first and stated the Groupon was good any time or date that was not already booked. I gave him my location (which according to Google is 13.8 mi) and the date of my trip. Then he hemmed and hawwed about it being outside the area and sounded less than thrilled about my needs. THEN he made a creepy joke about the distance not mattering if the driver takes us out to the desert and leaves us there! I chuckled a bit and told him that probably wasn’t the best way to get business.
It got even more interesting when I told him I needed to be at the airport by 5am. He ranted at me about how my friends get to sleep in and HE has to get up at the crack of dawn to get me to the airport. He told me he’s the only driver on his staff who would be accommodating the Groupon requests because no one else wanted to work for so little money and I need to take into consideration that he lives in Anthem and has to come into the city to fulfill these requests. I quickly ended the call after he hopped up on his soapbox.
If you don’t want to have to deal with the logistics of taking people to the airport, then WHY offer a car service in the first place. I would rather pay extra money not to put up with a potentially psychotic grouch on my holiday.
