Sacred hARTS is located in Gilbert Arizona and has a number of offerings which can assist you in healing the body, the mind, and liberating the beauty of your soul. Some of the 1 on 1 therapies include reiki, aromatherapy, hypnotherapy, and chakra balancing. Also offering a variety of yoga retreats, workshops, Reiki classes, nature and yoga hikes as well as kayaking and yoga adventures.

Business Owner

The journey of life has brought me to a place of healing, love, and an overall connection to self. My yoga path began in 2006 when I was searching for a sense of self discovery. I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived to my first yoga class as to how much my spirit had been longing for this connection. On that day I was able to find a place of center, a place of peace within myself that I had not ever experienced before.

As the years went by my practice began to evolve until one day I found myself awaken to a new chapter that would bring me into my light, my purpose of not only self healing but the empowerment to help others heal as well. During this time of awakening I have had the honor of studying many different healing modalities and pursuing my certifications in Yoga, Reiki Master, Aromatherapy and Hypnotherapy. The education does not end as I am an ever evolving student of the universe.
