Established in 1997.

Our Chem-​Dry experience started in 1983 in Washington State. Since then, we have grown by providing excellent customer service, as we have cleaned over 100,000 homes. The majority of our business is driven from repeat customers and referrals. We now operate 20 franchises in Arizona and Washington State. The owners, as well as each of the cleaning Technician’s are highly trained and certified to bring the highest quality of carpet and furniture cleaning possible. On The Spot Chem-​Dry has been privileged to be the recipients of the elite «President’s Club Award» for 9 years, as well as Entrepreneur of the Year & Marketer of the Year Awards. We are certified by IICRC, and CRI in the carpet industry. We are DriZone Certified for Water Damage Restoration, and have earned many other achievement badges.

Business Owner

Hello. My name is Joanne. I am a second generation Chem-​Dry owner in my family. My parents purchased their first Chem-​Dry franchise when I was a Senior in High School. I worked with them in the business, and together we experienced some terrific success. In 1992 I partnered up with my parents in ownership of the business, and then in 1997 I purchased their share from them. I knew from the time I was young that I wanted to spend my career as a Chem-​Dry owner. I have a deep passion and loyalty to this company. I love customer service, and believe in the Chem-​Dry process as the best possible method for Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning.

Prior to my Chem-​Dry Career, I worked in the mortgage and credit industry, and the travel industry. I am a true entrepreneur at heart and have owned several small Customer Service businesses besides Chem-​Dry.
