Chef, Mitch Sweeten has been feeding the great NW for over 20 years. And now he is ready to serve you.
Mitch first started his culinary career in Kent WA. O’Sullivan steak and chop house. Then moved to the Seattle Waterfront, Elliot Bay fish and Oyster «A première seafood restaurant» following Elliot’s Mitchell took the Souse Chef position at Hiram’s at the Locks also a Seattle landmark.
Then Mitch pursued, and took a position at the première resort in Averill’s Sun Valley ID.
