History

Established in 2013.

TSL started with three friends, Jacky Tsang (T), Scott Sun (S), and Tianzhu Lin (L).

Tsang, Jacky is a business man with a strong emphasis on service. He believes every client’s needs must be meticulously assessed and understood. Only then, can projects be completed to full satisfaction.

Sun, Scott is an alumni from University of Maryland with a degree in engineering. With a passion in science, he believes a successful company must integrate current technology to adapt and compete in a rapidly evolving society.

Lin, Tianzhu is a master tradesman in construction with over 20 years of experience. He is patient, precise, and takes pride in quality. His favorite quote — «Excellence is the result of hard work, loyalty, and persistence.»

Combining their ideals, the core values of TSL Construction were set. Our mission since has been to bring these values to every customer, everyday.

Business Owner

Scott is an engineer from the University of Maryland. Prior to becoming a business owner, he has been a homeowner who wanted more from the construction industry. With TSL Construction, he aims to provide skill and professionalism in service, along with reliability and transparency in business method, all at reasonable prices.
