I just had my air ducts cleaned by AirWiz. The appointment set up was easy and the woman I spoke with was polite. The techs arrived within the time window and called ahead of time to tell me about when they’d be arriving. They took their time and went to each vent and return cleaning them. What was really great was that they took care not to damage or scratch anything as they went which I really appreciate. For example, they placed tools on the floor as opposed to dropping them. They also had the bottom feet of their ladder taped up so it wouldn’t scratch my floors. Further, the techs took their shoes off. Having had multiple contractors in my house recently (and the scratches on my floors to prove it), I really appreciated this consideration from them. They also cleaned up any «mess» they made as they went. All in all, they did a good job and I would use them again.

Airwiz did an excellent job and their service was great. I received a quick response to my initial inquiry, we set up an appointment, and they arrived on time. They were in my home for several hours, showed me video of the before and after, and left no mess when they were done. I highly recommend Airwiz.

Just had an air duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning. They showed up within the time frame we agreed on. They were nice, professional, and knowledgable. The air ducts weren’t too dirt, but we chose to get them cleaned anyway. The whole process took about 2 hours. They actually noticed a fire hazard. Our dryer didn’t have the right hose on it and luckily they noticed it and switched it out. Definitely happy about that! Don’t want any fires. We would use them again.

I bought my house in Germantown last year and never cleaned the AC system until today. The technicians are very professional and experienced, they cleaned the furnace and all vents, and also found and cleaned the mold. Though a little bit expensive, it worth. I’ll definitely recommend this service to others.

I used Airwiz to clean my houses furnace and air ducts before the cold weather came in. We got off to a bit of a rocky because the men arrived (on time! That was great!) but the order didn’t say that we had 2 separate units for the house. The girl specifically asked how many units the house has when you make the reservation so I couldn’t understand where the miscommunication came from. Of course the price to complete the work was double what I was quoted, which put them several hundred dollars over the alternative. And they were already higher than the other guys (and the other guys DID have us confirmed with 2 units.) After some back and forth with the manger we came up with a solution that didn’t cost us too much out of our price range. I appreciated their flexibility and professionalism.
The loss of star is because I never did receive the before and after pictures (I was told they would be emailed to me) and because the miscommunication was irritating.
That said I would defintely use them again, I would just double/​triple check everything when they call to confirm.

Airwiz provided great service from start to finish. I researched a lot of companies and Airwiz had the best reviews. I called the company and the employee that answered was very helpful. She took me through their whole process and answered all my questions. The servicemen arrived on time and worked very efficiently. They showed us images of the inside of our ducts and explained how the previous person had only wiped out as far as their arm could reach. They walked us through the steps they took and showed us the final product. I would highly recommend them and the cost was very affordable.

Selected Airwiz based on positive Unilocal reviews and had them come out and clean the air ducts in a recently purchased house. Scheduling was easy. Techs were late arriving, but called me twice to keep me posted on their arrival time. Once they arrived, they worked efficiently and explained what they were doing and showed me before and after pictures. Overall did a great job and I’d recommend them highly if you are looking for this service.

Checked on Unilocal as I always do when I need a service at my home. Most companies were very expensive, Airwiz had a great $ 197.00 Unilocal deal. The scheduler was very polite and friendly and the technicians were on time, in uniform and explained the process in detail. Don’t hesitate to use them.

This is my first time using the company and I have no complaints. From the time I called to schedule the appointment until the payment/​close out process after the vents were cleaned and treated, I experienced nothing shy of a high quality experience from very professional and knowledgeable people.
I have to say that I appreciate the window that you are provided to gauge the technician’s arrival time as well as the courtesy call when they are en route.
The other part about the service that stood out for me was seeing a visual of what was actually in my vents before they were cleaned/​treated. I was so surprised, especially by what I saw in my dryer vent.
All in all, I would definitely use this company again. Oh and payment can be made by cash, check, visa or mc. No Amex

Found Airwiz on Unilocal.I have services that I offer myself on Unilocal and thought to check out the ratings of a dryer vent cleaner company for my needs. I do a great deal of laundry as a self employed massage therapist. I noticed that there was link sticky out of my external vent. I called them and they promptly came out to clean my vents. They did a great job. I will use them them again in a few years.

we called them last week to come and do our vents. We had Sears do it before and they screwed it up. First availability was next Tuesday. They called us the day before, and said they could come by. Well, they showed up soon after that. They were polite, took their shoes off before they came in, and were done fast. Our vents were totally clogged and they pulled out so much junk. They were cheaper than Sears, and it makes me wonder why we never used them before. They put something in our dryer and let it run that made a wizzing noise and whatever it was doing it flushed out a bunch of stuff through our vent. Thank you AirWiz! The fact that they were booked up for the rest of the week tells me they were popular so next time we need anything done, we’ll give them a call.

Before contacting Airwiz, I did a lot of research on air duct cleaning, then searchedfor reputable companies. I found a video that Airwiz posted on YouTube, which was very helpful in understanding what needs to be done for air duct cleaning. Leo, the tech arrived on time and took a few minutes to talk to me about what my concerns were. He also took time to educate me on what needs to be done and why. I highly valued seeing them in action. The before and after video of my clean air ducts gave me peace of mind. Very satisfied with the job they accomplished. The work was completed to perfection and at a very reasonable price. The owner really took the time to explain the problem, and then went straight to work correcting it. I would definitely recommend them without hesitation to anyone in need of duct cleaning or dryer vent cleaning or repair. They also clean chimneys. We’ll definitely be using them again for dryer vent cleaning and household duct cleaning. These are things often overlooked by homeowners but really need to be tended to on a regular basis. Lint filled dryer vents are a fire hazard! AirWiz Clean Air is the place to go when you want this work done and done right!

I just moved and wanted to have the chimney cleaned before attempting to use it. Giuliano was cleaning my mom’s chimney, and since it was his last job, and I live close to her, he offered to do mine as well. I appreciate the quick work and the care he took to not make a mess. He informed me of the work he was doing and his findings. Also gave me tips on what do do if I had problems and how often I should have it cleaned. This is my first fireplace, so it was good to know! Giuliano was very friendly and knowledgeable. I recommend this company to anyone who needs chimney cleaning. I can’t speak for the air duct service, but if I come across a problem, Airwiz will be my first call. Thank you!

Wonderful experience! I had an 8am appointment which the guy on the phone said «means they will be there between 8:30 and 10»…fair enough. I asked that they call ahead because I have two large dogs I would need to take to a neighbor’s house. They called at 7:57am and said they would be here within 30 minutes, right on time. Leo (kinda seemed like the one in charge) and Will were the technicians. I asked them to put protective booties on since we had just redone the floors but they said they like to take off their shoes — even better! I have a relatively small house with one furnace and the whole process took exactly 2 hours. Leo showed me the before and after with their video camera and it was incredible. It had been at least 10 years since the ducts were cleaned, and they found a dead mouse, so I feel a lot better now.
The price ($ 429 for cleaning and sanitizing) was fair and they didn’t pressure me into getting additional services I didn’t need. Leo and Will were respectful of me and my home. I would highly recommend this company. Don’t buy Groupons for other duct cleaners, you never know what you are going to get.
