History

Established in 2006.

Sky Vision A/​V Design & Integration began by fullfilling a need in the satellite industry for high quality service and workmanship for Satellite services by a company local to Georgetown, Texas. As business began to grow and the customer base grew, word of mouth carried about the quality of work this local company provides. Gradually more and more customers requested custom installations of a wide variety of Audio Visual Entertainment equipment, from simply hanging televisions on the wall, to installing in-​ceiling speakers and setup of full media rooms. Our work became known for its quality and true customer based service. We now have over 50% of our business in the custom A/​V design and installation and still provide both DirecTV and Dish Network satellite television services with all installation and service issues done from our local office.

Richard R.

Business Owner

Richard Red brings years of engineering and electronics experience to the Home Theater and Home Automation experience. Since 2006, he has combined his engineering background to his passion for serving customers to creating a superior audio visual experience with an affordable value for Sky Vision’s customers.

Upon graduating from University of Houston with a BS in Electrical Engineering, he was employed with Lockheed-​Martin at the NASA-​Johnson Space Center facility. Following NASA, he performed consulting work in the computer networking industry for 15 years and became interested in the satellite and AV industry while on a project in California designing high bandwidth data satellite systems for the film industry. He took this knowledge to form the company Sky Vision, specializing in Home Theater, Media Rooms, and Satellite television technology.
