Glen Davis was recommended to us by our realtor. We are having a new home built and we had Glen out for the pre dry-​wall inspection as well as the pre-​closing inspection. Glen is very thorough, well prepared and knowledgable. He takes the time to outline all of his concerns with photos and detailed descriptions. Last week Glen came out to do a new construction phase inspection (pre-​drywall) for one of my clients. This home was in Dripping Springs, but he works all over Austin. Glen was incredibly thorough, and took more photos to document the issues than any inspector I’ve worked with before. He explained his report and answered our questions with patience and detail. Most importantly, he interacted with the Builder in a respectful and professional way. Glen clearly explained the issues without any unnecessary ego or finger-​pointing. (Maintaining a good relationship with the Builder is key, as they are building the home you’re going to buy and live in!)
