The front office /​registration process was humiliating. The front office staff was demeaning and almost refused service because of their misunderstanding. We have been going to this establishment for years and was horrified by how we were treated at check in. I will be finding a new medical clinic for my family.

Dr. Only was great, however he left and I had to see a different doctor. The doctor had a medical student do everything for him while he sat in his office and then he didn’t listen or do anything when he came in to talk to me afterwards. The medical student put his stethoscope over my nipple trying to hear for lung sounds… really? The doctor who saw me for a whole two minutes decided to take me off a steroidal inhaler that I had been using for several years… now I have to use a rescue inhaler daily… thanks. I would go back to correct it, however since they «coded» it wrong and billing department refused to change it, I have to pay out of pocket more than was quoted.

Horrible experience! Try not to get sick on a friday! I called before going to make sure I would be seen. I arrived at 4pm was told no doctor would be able to see me because they were closing… Seriously?! I asked for supervisor and the nurse ushered us out kindly. Saying they would help sore throats but not our scenario (twisted ankle). She told us it would take hours, we were willing to wait, but ready to leave seeing how they didn’t care. I wouldn’t go back for a band aid.

If you are looking for care with any sense of urgency, DO NOT come here. Staff is rude, un-​informed, and completely un-​helpful. No one can be bothered for a single second, regardless of the level of importance. If you are in need of medical attention, I would recommend a hospital, or even a good vet before here. They are likely to be more competent. I’m not naming names, but avoid the doctor whose name rhymes with Hitler.

Dr Only and his Nurse are fantastic. He’s the first Dr that gave me the time of day to listen to my ramblings about everything. He actually listens to me unlike the Dr’s I had across town. He is a humble person which is a very impressive trait to have for a man in his position. I think I respect that the most about him, he doesn’t give you the vibe he’s better then you like some Dr’s do. 5 stars in my book.

I was in your clinic for one appointment with Dr Ronald Only and I will never return to him. He is a good talker about himself, but not a good listener and touched very briefly on me and my health. He came across as uncaring and as if he was there just for the paycheck.
The office staff and other medical staff I was in contact with was very pleasant and helpful.

Dr Bomfaulk is awesome! Very personal and knows what he’s doing. I gave this clinic 4 stars because I recently switched to Dr Bomfaulk. Prior to this I had another Dr at the same clinic that I refuse to see now.
