Dr. Staebel and his office staff were wonderful. I had breast augmentation three months ago and could not be happier. Dr. Staebel listened to what I wanted and made sure that I achieved the results I wanted. I did not want to look «fake» with two melons on my chest. We went through all the options that were available and he helped me pick out what was best for me. He was also very relaxed and easy to talk to about the whole process. The office staff was very friendly and made the experience smooth. They even sent me flowers after the survery. The surgery took place at St. David’s in Georgetown and they were wonderful as well. They were knowledgeable about working with Dr. Staebel. Several of the nurses had beast augmentation and told me how happy they were with the result. I am thrilled that I decided to do this for myself. My husband is thrilled as well now that I am more confident in my appearance. I am happy that I chose Dr. Staebel and would definitely refer him.

its been 3 months since my breast augmentations with Dr. Staebel. What an incredible experience it’s been! The front office staff is so kind and create a very calm environment. I have always felt very welcomed and un-​rushed at every appointment. Dr. Staebel was so great at walking me through the procedure, and taking the time to answer any and all questions that I have. He was so knowledgeable on the types of implants and the Best option for my body. The exult of my surgery is perfect and I am so grateful for him guidance! I feel like a new woman! I am so happy with my decision to use him and I will continue to refer my friends to him as well!

Really nice. The office is clean and quiet, it is a «low-​pressure» environment. I go for botox and they have NEVER tried to upsell me (which is a common tactic elsewhere). They are discrete and friendly. Heather does great injections and will work with your budget. The office is staffed with attractive but normal-​looking women (another differentiation — a lot of other offices look like casting calls for The Housewives of Various Cities) so you feel comfortable and relaxed. I’ve felt satisfied enough referring a couple friends and my mom/​sister. :)

Love these guys!!! I discovered Heather for Botox after I moved from Austin to Dallas. She was recommended to me by a friend. She does such a great job and they always accommodate my scheduled when I call at the last minute to say that I am driving in from Dallas. I make the extra effort to go to Georgetown Plastic Surgery and Heather because she is very meticulous with her technique. The office staff is so nice and they always get me in and out quickly without a wait. 5 stars!!!

I work in the medical field and when I moved to Round Rock from California I was questioning my doctors and colleagues about where to go for Botox. If you don’t already know injecting Botox is an art. Everyone I know and many people I didn’t personally know go to Heather at georgetown plastic surgery. Her technique is unparalleled. The office is very nice and everyone has always been very professional. I had to leave this review for others who are on the search, like I was. I would never go anywhere else.

It took me a while to decide if I wanted to write a review. I decided I would based on the fact that I would want more information on a office prior to going. I went here originally for a Botox party, loved my results… my first time getting Botox so didn’t know what to look for or what to expect. I really loved the way Heather did the Botox and I feel she is very knowledgable on what she does. However, I have read many things about Botox and where to get it done (not Med Spa’s or Groupons…) and where NOT to get it done. With that said, I did go back and when I walked back in the room she had the syringe laying on a papertowel with the «Botox» in the syringe without me in the room (from what I’ve been told this is a HUGE NO NO). I was a little caught off guard by this, I would not of expected this from a higher end Plastic Surgeons office, more of a Med Spa practice, you never want them doing this. It could be heavly diluted or a generic form of Botox. I did notice that my results from the last time only lasted about 7 – 8 weeks. When they should be lasting a lot longer. So when I needed more I choose to go somewhere else and the Injector took out the Botox from it’s bottle and put the syringe in the bottle right in from of me. I feel that you are paying for the service (even if they are running a special) and you should get what you pay for. I’m not saying that Heather overly dilutes Botox, but having it laying on a papertowel before I can see what she puts in there is just not for me (not very professional at all)…I don’t know her well enough to trust her like that, and I am having a toxin injected into my face so I prefer going somewhere in which everything is done in front of you. I can’t imagine my Plastic Surgeon in California ever having anything lay on a papertowl, let alone a syringe filled with Botox. I called my Plastic Surgeons office in Cali and they said «that’s a little tacky Tracy». So with that, when I went for the Botox party, I loved what I got. When I went back several months later I do feel that what I got was very very heavly diluted product and did not feel comfortable walking into a surgical room with a syringe on a papertowel. So your call, hope my expereince helps someone decide for themselves.
