Absolutely worst company I’ve dealt with in years. Avoid at all costs. Just spent a nightmarish one month trying to get them to install Excede internet. They rarely call back when they’re supposed to, their phones keep cutting out or not answering, rude personnel, a real amateur show. I finally cancerlled the order.

After two years going through one problem after another with Skycasters and Hughes Net I switched to Wildblue Satelite Internet. WOW, what a difference a company can make. With Skycasters/Hughes Net I had approximately 8 months total service during a 24 month period. The rest of the time the system was down. I then had to use dial up at 15K. Not good to say the least. Especially since my significant other was a software design engineeer. After switching to Wildblue we only had ONE day that there was a problem. A snow storm broke the power in our area. Not WildBlue’s fault. Over the entire time that we had WildBlue we only had one 4 hour period of downtime that was a Wildblue related problem. I will use this company again should the need ever arise. Cost difference alone paid for itself. Skycasters charged us over $ 3,000 to set up — WildBlue $ 500 which included all equipment. Great job Blacksheep Satelite Systems.
