Comfort Inn & Suites

Really spectacular service from a budget hotel! We stayed the night here for a field trip and the hotel manager/​front desk worker couldn’t have been more friendly, helpful, and accommodating. He reiterated multiple times that if we needed anything we could call the front desk or find him, he made sure the complementary hot water and coffee station was fully stocked, even after midnight while we were still in the common area, and even opened up additional space for us to hang out on the first floor. I’ve never seen such good customer service at a hotel of this caliber, so I have to say it was a fantastic experience
In terms of accommodations, everything was as expected. Beds, pillows, bathrooms, and the continental breakfast were about as you would come to expect from a budget hotel. Nothing screams quality but everything is clean and orderly.
I’d definitely stay here again and recommend others do to, if you’re ever in the area.

The hotel is not well equipped for business travel. The computer available to guests does not have PowerPoint on it. Clean but outdated hotel. On the positive side the staff is helpful.

This hotel was super cool. Nice area, friendly staff, mini fridge in the room. Pretty legit place. Decently thick walls too, I couldn’t hear any of the people we shared walls with.

I stayed here for a few days for a wedding. It was one of the best experiences that I have at a hotel. The staff was friendly, the place was clean, and the view was so nice. The place also serves a 4 star breakfast. I would stay here again. I have nothing bad to say about this place.

Was here on 5 days business. Super clean place. Breakfast was your usual yogurt, baked goods, powdered eggs, sausage, juices, fresh fruit and coffee. Hey it’s included, so you can’t complain too much. Room was very nice, mine had a hot tub in it.
Overall and excellent stay. The only reason they don’t get 5 stars is the toilet paper was as rough as some sandpaper I have at home. I’m sure the person in charge of purchasing saved 2 cents a roll and got a bit attaboy. Don’t be such cheapskates! But some quality toilet paper. The second issue is that there is NOTNING within 2 miles of his hotel. It’s on a corner and he only thing around it are fields. So you have to drive to everything. This really sucked. Would have been nice to be able to walk to things. However they built this here to serve all the plants and companies nearby, so I get it.

Great place to stay! Roughly an hour outside of Chicago. Class A Midwest League team (Kane County Cougars) in town as a local attraction. Friendly hotel staff. Single room, King size bed, with shower and garden tub. Room included microwave, sink (separate from bathroom sink), and refrigerator.

Nice, fairly inexpensive hotel. 7 of us stayed here for a night earlier this month. There were several drunken wedding guests wandering around carrying bottles of wine — amusing. Luckily none of them appeared to have been staying on our floor. Our room was clean and quiet. The free breakfast was decent. I would definitely stay here again.

We stay here all the time when visiting my parents in St. Charles. It’s a typical Comfort Inn. We like the beds. The mattresses are nice. Staff is nice and attentive.
Not much else to say except that we have never been disappointed staying here.
