Fast service and good food. I had the crab Rangoon, egg foo yong and Singapore rice noodles. The egg foo yong is truly delicious !!! The Singapore rice noodles was a little too spicy for everyone at the table however generous amounts of shrimp and meat in the noodles.
They don’t serve any water so it will have to be purchased — also they prefer only cash and not credit cards
I will definitely be back to try other dishes ! Overall definitely a good place to check out. They only have about 4 tables in store so during busy times, a take out would be a better option

I eat here white frequently and find it to be the best Chinese food around. Everything is good. Plus, they have duck sauce. So hard to find in Illinois. I’m from New York and fuck sauce is a must. This place is great.

I just ordered a family dinner from China Wok and had a METAL SCREW in my Egg Foo Young! Of course I found it after I bit into it and it was rolling around in my mouth. When I called them, they laughed and thought it was funny (because they couldn’t understand with the language barrier) and told me that they thought I was lying about it. They are clearly not concerned at all about the safety of their customers! I will be calling the health department about this.
It’s unfortunate because I used to love this place, but after I got a screw in my food, had the owner call me a liar to my face when I brought the food back to show him (there was dried/​cooked broccoli in the screw head, because it was cooked into my food), and laugh at me — I will NEVER be going back.

Orange chicken, pork fried rice lunch special, plus an egg roll and egg drop soup to meet the delivery minimum.
Great flavor– pretty spicy– and it’s all fresh!
The amount of food here will not be conquered in one sitting– leftovers make me happy as long as it reheats well.
Delivery man remembered me which is nice– especially since I rarely order. Best Chinese I’ve found in this area so far. Satisfies the «I want takeout lunch» craving every time.

Cheaper than silver lake but food is up to par with silver lake. Nothing amazing. I prefer the large crab rangoons compared with these. Egg rolls are good! No hot mustard packets provided? Still give it 4 stars as this has been the best Chinese I’ve found in the area. Not saying too much tho.

This place is great value and has great food. The egg rolls are eh, but I always eat the free one that they give for orders over $ 20 because I think that I don’t really mind a so-​so egg roll.
That is really the only complaint that I have because considering how crispy their veggies are and how well seasoned the food is. I love the twice cooked pork and they let me add more cabbage, which as stated, is deliciously crisp and the meat is well trimmed and not fatty. The same goes for my daughter’s favorite beef and broccoli.
The wonton soup is incredibly generous with the number of enormous dumplings. I don’t really eat leftovers but I do from here because, again, the veggies can be reheated and stay crispy even the second and third time. For three meals the price is unbeatable. Nice people and they run a tight ship in terms of pick-​up and delivery estimates. Yay SO glad they opened walking distance from me!

Solid Four star place. We are newer to Geneva and this is the second time for Chinese take out. First place was closer but with quick delivery doesn’t matter and I did not like their food at all.
China Wok: FREE ENTREE was a bonus for my order being over $ 50; that means even more great leftovers which is now plenty for a second meal for our family of 5. Didn’t care for their egg rolls or spring rolls (not good filling and bad greasy old oil deep fried taste). May try one more time in future just to give a second chance but no hurry. The Hunan Beef, Sesame Chicken and Dragon _​_​_​? was really good. Had a surprising Shrimp Fried Rice with LOTS of LARGE shrimp (not popcorn Shrimp as usual) and the rice was really good. One star off for egg rolls but a solid place to satisfy the craving. Note no hot mustard in the package so be sure to ask, I assume it’s available upon request. As others say, nice portions too.

Food is always great. I like the Singapore noodle. People are very friendly.
Also the aswan (sp) green beans are great.

We decided to try China Wok because it was Monday and Gen Hoe was closed. We ordered the Hunan Chicken, Mongolian Beef, Chicken and Broccoli, Pork Fried rice, Noodles, and egg rolls. All of that food only cost about $ 26, which seemed like a great value. Unfortunately the only ones who enjoyed the meal were my five and seven year old. My husband ate one plate full, and I could barely even get it down. If you are a fan of mall Chinese food and egg rolls that have been reheated this place is for you. Next time Gen Hoe is closed I think i’ll order pizza instead.

This is my go to spot for Chinese food in the Geneva/​St. Charles area. I usually stick to the General Tso’s Chicken which is very good here. They are usually pretty fast and you get a lot for your money. The restaurant is in a small strip mall, pull into the parking lot when you see the 7 Eleven sign. Would recommend if you are looking for Chinese food in the area.

Yum-​o! I really, really, really wish that Chinese food was good for you. We’ve been here one time as we recently moved to the area and are on the hunt for our «go-​to» Chinese place.
I ordered General Tso’s chicken. Generous portions and it really hit the spot.
Yes, they do prefer that you pay with cash but they aren’t going to turn you away if you pay with debit/​CC. That’d just be silly.

Very nice and friendly. Fast delivery to our nearby hotel. Combo plates, eh. Egg roll good but cabbagey (we prefer bean sprouts). Rice bland. Mongolian beef pretty flavorless. Beef and broccoli, same. However, boneless spare ribs turned out to be strips of pork in tangy, sweet sauce, and a delicious guilty pleasure. Would order that again with steamed rice and call it dinner.

If you want good quick inexpensive Chinese food in Geneva, this is your place. They have lunch and dinner combos. Bring cash, they aren’t a fan of CC.

This is a solid Chinese restaurant. The portions are generous and the prices are pretty good. I always get 2 meals out of 1 order. I have always done takeout. The place never seems too crowded but does a brisk take out business. Check it out next time you are in Geneva and need a quick bite to eat.

Our favorite inexpensive Chines takeout place in the area. Food is always fresh and tasty, prices are very reasonable.

Small joint… I might even call it a «hole in the wall». Food is rock solid and very reasonably priced. It is a family run business and they really put a lot of effort into the food. We have switched from the more well-​known Chinese restaurant in town. We are spending a lot less and getting great Chinese food. Excellent.

Run if the mill asian spot. I am not going ot tell you anything new here– one guy in front, one guy in back, cheap one-​time-​use napkins, uncomfortable chairs, a cooler that has a loud fan and the occasional screaming child in the back kitchen area… foods good. price is right– these places get cloned every few blocks. Youve been here even if you havent been here.

Good stuff at a good price. Bring cash — they don’t like to take credit cards.

I’m a regular customer and really love this place. As other reviewers have already said, this is primarily a take-​out place but don’t let that discourage you from coming out for a dine-​in experience.
The quality is very good with the Hot and Sour Soup and the Garlic Broccoli being my favorites. Portion size is huge and the prices are excellent.
