Terrible customer service. The technician did not fix the problem on his initial visit. He spent half of the visit on his cell phone. After he left I called back immediately and reported that the machine was still doing the same thing as before. I was told he would call me back… he did not. I called back again and this time the technician was already back to the office(of course) so he needed to reschedule for this am. I received a barely audible voicemail on my house phone with the number yesterday, and called back but received after-hours voicemail. This morning instead of showing up to my home at the scheduled time he said they needed to order a part because he put an OLDPART in my machine! When pressed he said it «might be here Tuesday.» Why wouldn’t they order a new part from the start? Or order it when I initially called back with the exact same problem? Failing to show up after I had already taken the day off twice is unacceptable. I called Whirlpool and asked for a new company as this company lost my business and my trust.

I don’t agree with the 3 previous reviews. Our HHgregg purchased kitchenaid refrigerator wouldn’t make ice right out of the box, the company was quick to respond and Sidney came out to diagnose the problem, order a new ice maker and came back to install on NY Eve day. All covered under warranty. Excellent service, efficient and friendly. Highly recommended in my book!

I wouldn’t give them even one star. This company is a scam. I found this company also on this web site and hired them to fix my Bosch washer. The result I am out of 300 dollars and had to buy a new set because they didn’t fix my washer. And good luck getting your money back or getting them back or even getting them on a phone. I filed a complain with attorney general office because I seriously think this company is scaming people out of money with no intention of fixing anything. The address they provided is fake I personaly went there. When I Google The name of the guy who came to fix the washer he is in 10 the worst appliances repair men in whole Charlotte area. Don’t waste your money. Natalie

Their web site lured me in, impressive as it is… «Largest service fleet in the area… etc. etc.» They said they could fix our LG washer, but then they didn’t stock the parts, had to special order them, and when the new parts were installed, the machine didn’t work. Well, they get ZERO stars for not fixing the washer. They get ZERO stars for charging us for a service call when they had no real solution. They were kind enough to remove the new(bad? wrong?) parts, and to refund our money for them. But then, THEYGAVEUP, blaming LG for being a crappy company, and suggesting we buy a Whirlpool. Well, maybe that’s true, and probably a good suggestion, although this $ 900 washer was highly recommended by Consumer Reports about five years ago, when we bought it. You would think if they are authorized to repair LG washers, that they would do a better job at customer service. Now I have to call LG, file a complaint, and find a *real* solution provider. This is a real *hassle* I don’t need right now. Whatever happened to the old, «We’ll get it right, or you don’t pay a dime!» guarantee? Does anyone still offer that in the Appliance Repair category? Everyone wants a minimum charge for a service call, whether they actually do anything or not. What a sour taste that leaves in the customer’s mind! Take the money and run is no way to go through life, folks!
